this looks jut fine to me. people naturally have spots like this, even very young kids who’ve never had a hair transplant. It will be 12-14 months b fore full growth is achieved, so you don’t yet know the final result. Gove this some time.

GP, I am tired of asking this, but can you please add your before pictures and the next day pictures, showing what the clinic did.

I think Maral comment on online consultation with the pictures you send. If you send pictures with short hair, as you do now- and because you have pigmented tattoo allover your head, misjudgement with pictures is possible. Anyway practically the treatment principles are all the same for NW6 or 7, what so imporstnt about what mAral said on online consultation?

And you have very strong hairline and many hairs over upper parts which proves clinic distrubated 4000 grafts over large area, at leat the area of NW 6 hair loss. So , this is what you can expect after surgery with 4000 grafts.

Maral is the only plastic surgeon with cereer involved in transplant although he do not do surgery himself, as many people witnessed but all happy to have his experience and professionalism from him. And people all showed their results with good quality pictures. I know you do not like me, but somebody should say you the reality, the reality you do not know.,

I am truly sorry you had bad experience. I think the best thing is to take Biotin vitamins, buy hair shampoo that is help with hair growth. Let hair grow so you know where you stand if you plan to see another plastic surgeon in hair transplants but don’t settle for less ok. Please understand stress, anxiety, depression truly cause hair loss. I have bad anxiety depression and I’m bipolar. I take biotin extra strength with antioxidants C & E. My hair is growing with me using Aloe organic and vitamin E liquid and use it on my head. Do Not do the rice water it don’t work for hair growth. You can buy organic or Biotin DHT blockers in one.

You need a new approach. I was facing baldness and had no idea what to do. Then I bought a real human hair womans wig. It was expensive. But this was only part 1of my plan. The next thing I did was buy Salon Pro latex hair glue. It is anti fungal. It is extremely powerful and fast drying. My wig now is glued to my real hair underneath. No one knows that it is not mine. I never take it off to clean my scalp. It always stays on.I keep my scalp clean by using distilled White Vinegar. I apply it through a small hole at the top and back of my wig. Vinegar makes it impossible for bacteria to grow because it lowers the ph of your scalp. So no odor. It is fun too. For example , if I am going to a rock concert than I can glue additional hair into my wig which makes my hair look very long like a rock star. Sometimes I add hair for no reason at all. Guys my age are amazed. I have no gray hair. I look so young. They have no idea that I am bald like them. The glue works so well that I can swim with it. If I do that though, I will have to add vinegar immediately after. Also, a wig will last me about a year and a half before I take it off with Salon Pro hair glue remover. I hope this points you out in the right direction. I can give you photos if you like. I just love looking in the mirror and seeing a full head of hair with no bald spot because for many years in my 30's I had to look at more hair loss daily. I got back control . I live life my way. I am totally happy with my hair and I want you to be happy too.

You posted your problem 17 months ago. What about your case now? I have undergone hair transplantation before 5 weeks and my case is very similar to yours where I had the baldness stage of NW7/8 and 4100 grafts were transplanted on my head. Now, all of my transplanted hair fell and I am looking as no procedure had been done for me. I read that it is normal that hair fall one month after the transplantation. I really wonder that your hair was kept one month after your procedure. What happened to your case after the time of your posted photo here?
