Fake surgical report and fake reviews
A couple of other patients on here have noted that Ilhan provides fake surgical notes. This is true as we have compared ours and they are IDENTICAL. This guy is an absolute fraud, I cannot believe he has done this to so many women! And notice how some of his positive reviews are all similar and don't provide objective feedback? Every time a negative review is posted, his team post a fake positive one to boost his RS rating.

Tip bossae + PAINFUL nose
I have also found out the cartilage protruding out of the left side of my tip is knuckled cartilage. Feels like a ball. On the right side of my tip it feels like there's not enough cartilage and tissue and is actually painful sometimes. I also get pain on my right nasal wall where I have a massive gap.

Open roof deformity and possible septal perforation
I mistook my open roof deformity to be an inverted v deformity. I am also waiting to see an ENT doctor about the inside of my nose, with possible septal perforation. It just gets better and better, thanks so much Ilhan!!

Hey I'm due to have surgery with him in 4 days and what you wanted is exactly what I've asked for. Now I'm scared!! do you have any pictures??
I would avoid surgery with him! I wish I could go back in time! Now my face and quality of life has been destroyed and I don’t think I will ever have a normal looking and functioning nose.

So sorry to hear of your bad experience. He talks on instagram like he is a rhino god it’s sickening. Really hope that you find a surgeon who can help.
