As a community manager, I get requests all the time from other members who want me to to keep encouraging people to share their experiences, which are so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.

Here are the problems with having surgery in Turkey. There are only two clinics in Turkey where the physician actually does the surgery. In most centers, an assistant does the entire procedure. While some assistants do good work, there is no guarantee that this assistant will remain at the same clinic so you may show up to have work done by a novice. In Turkey they often cheat you on the graft number. In other words, you pay for 3000 grafts, but the actually do only 2000 grafts. There is no legal recourse and the medical authorities do no police this profession in Turkey. It's the wild west for hair transplant surgery. If you must go to Turkey, go to the Hairline Clinic in Ankara and Dr. Ozgur. He will treat your right and do a good job. In this clinic only surgeons do the surgery.

I too did my hair transplant from Istanbul hair center last year, they told me that they transplanted 4,700 grafts on my head but the results are really so bad even after 1 year of the surgery I really l look at myself and wish I didn't do the transplant from this clinic as my hair got even worse than before surgery. They are probably cheating as I don't trust with results of my hair after year long waiting my scalp is clearly visible. There is no density of hair. With such a huge number of follicles how good my hair should had been so dense as I was not having that much loss. I wish I read Dr. Johns advise before I made the HT, would have never gone to this clinic. It is not about the money it is all about the time & pain we had gone through & expect to have good results. I will never advice anyone to do Their hair transplant at Istanbul hair center.
