I arranged my trip to Istanbul to get a hair transplant which was a 20hr journey from home. After a long exhausting uncomfortable flight all I wanted to do was get my transfer to the hotel and have a nap! I walked around the meeting point for over an hour trying to find my driver. I didn't have internet so couldn't easily call, message or email the clinic to see where they were.
