BBL Baran Kul Clinic Center

Just thought I would has a little update regarding my consultation after Surgery.
My consultation was paired with another lady who had her breast done. He tried to see us at the same time, as he was lifting up her top to check her breast I had to walk out did not think it was appropriate for me to be there.

When he checked me, he just spun me around, did not check or clean my incision. I said to him one side looks weird like its going flat. He said he had to put alot of fat here (on my hips) so when I lose the fat I keep my shape. He then almost implied he ran out of fat so couldn’t do my bum properly. It’s now evident from the before picture where he did the drawing he only injected on the sides (hip area) and not much on the bum area. So my bum is now wide and the same projection I had before.

He provided me with my medical details which had my blood results etc (again in turkish) and a note saying I can fly (in English). I translated some of it using google translate my results seemed fine to operate on. Baran Kul was exceptionally tired at this consultation and he said so himself.

Just points to be aware of
- Lovely Dr, makes you feel comfortable
- I do not think they take enough fat apparently this is for health and safety
- I do not think they lipo all the areas requested (if you are having more than one area done)
- I do not think Baran is are overly expensived in this area
- Aftercarec is s****, absolute disgrace. It’s now hit me, if I did not have anyone with me they wouldn’t check up on you, only if you made contact with them.
- Customer Service before and just after surgery 10/10. After, its questionable
- Use Google translate, it will be your best friend as the language barrier is alot.

If my situation changes, the swelling goes down nicely and my bum comes out I will most definitely update everyone on this. I am taking it one day at a time and trying to be positive!!! Very hardd though!!! I have added some pics. It shows me right after surgery. You can see the sides are uneven and no real projection. I’ll add a before shortly.

Thought it was important to share my experience, both good and bad. Not a lot of information is out there on Baran Kul so I thought it was only right to share. So this will be a partial review and I will update as time goes.
So first thing people worry about is going by themselves. Personally I feel if you can go with someone, go... otherwise after you are discharged from the hospital you will be alone. Simple things like picking your phone up or getting out of bed you may find difficult. Also your host doesn’t stay with you or check up on you every day. There were days where I felt light headed and was thankful I had someone with me.
The hospital is very nice, clean, the nurses there were lovely. They check your pulse during the night twice, give you pain relief etc. No fault there.
First issue I had was all the documents were in Turkish so you do not know what you are signing. They just say ‘You’re agreeing to surgery’ But there’s four pages it must be more than just that. Noone one discusses the risks etc, nor do they provide post op aftercare information.
The garment they provided I felt was too short. It does not come up all the way to the bust which it should do. I have ordered another faja / garment as it is imperative you have the right compression after surgery. In the meantime I am using a towel for extra compression. If you want to know how I do it please message me. Extra compression is also good for shaping, if you want to ensure you get that hourglass shape
They do not provide drains so you are likely to have fluid build up which will impact how you look. You will then need to wait a few months for all the fluid to go and swelling to go down before you see you results. I will definitely encourage Lymphatic massages. Clinic Center are probably the only people who say you do not need it. These massages drain the fluid, help with the shaping and speeds recovery. They also do not recommed a BBL pillow which is weird. How do they expect you to see on the plan for landing and take off?!
Also please be aware the pictures you see are taken at an angle and do not reflect the actual work. Plus pictures are taken straight after surgery before the swelling so be mindful of that. I can say the picture they have of me does not look like what I have got. Also be aware by the time the swelling goes down you will also lose some fat in your bum as unfortunately not all the fat does survives. Please make sure you eat lots after surgery.
So Clinic center, not sure if I am 100% happy with the service but its not terrible. Before surgery/before they take your money their response to you are rapid. I could message at 10pm in the evening and get a response back. Where as after surgery my messages were read and responded to later. Customer service after is not as good as it was in the beginning but its not terrible. I think they over performed initially that now they are not performing it shows more. The fact they just leave you in a hotel with no nurse checking up on you is not great.
Baran Kul as a Doctor is very nice, make sure you indicate EXACTLY where you want lipo’ed and fat transfer to the DOCTOR and NOT the person you are speaking too via whatsapp or whatever means... unfortunately I do not believe the information was passed on and I do not believe the areas I wanted lipo’ed were lipo’ed. They said it was but I find it hard to believe as those areas have no bruising or any kind of pain.
I am not 100% happy with my results at the moment, I do not feel I have projection I was told I would get or the curves. However I have been advised to wait 3 months to see the results due to swelling etc. I will need extra work like a TT which is fine. I will definitely say manage your expectations, I feel there is a bit of over promising and under delivering.
The pictures you see online are on the Surgery table before the swelling or 6 months afterwards (so Clinic Center say) (although have seen pics two days post surgery, and the results are amazing)... With Baran Kul / Clinic Center you get what you pay for. I will definitely be going back for Round 2 with Elite Aftercare probably in a years time (should have gone there in the first place tbh)
Make sure you bring money for transfers during your stay as they only pay for airport transfers. Also bring money for Lunch, Dinner and snacks as they only provide breakfast. The hotel is nice too, farrr from the hospital and airport. Sitting down during these journeys are challenging!!!
I will add more info as time goes on in terms of if they keep contact to make sure all is well with me and whether I can see the benefit of the Lipo / BBL.
