Implant type and size information
I forgot to include this information yesterday. I was a small A prior probably about 150 ccs of tissue. I got mentor memory gel smooth round moderate plus 275 cc implants.

I've been trying to write this review for weeks and I'm struggling to find the words to give the appropriate review. I will try to keep this as short as possible. I have used the same plastic surgeon for almost 20 years. He removed my 350cc breast implants in April 2015. I'm 38 and I first got implants at age 19 so having a small A was a challenge for me.
By October I decided that I was going to get implants again. I went to see Dr. Blyer for a consultation since I had a strong word of mouth referral on him. I left the consultation with more information, options and insight than I had received from my prior plastic surgeon in 18 years. The first appointment I could get was November 29th and I scheduled it 2 days later. I knew what I wanted them to look like and had pictures of a young Carmen Electra for reference but it's very hard to explain a picture in your mind to a Dr. when everyone has a different perspective on what is "too big". I was very confident that he understood my vision but you never know until you wake up and look in the mirror.
On day 3 post surgery I opened the sports bra and I was amazed. He saw my vision and gave me exactly what I asked for. He removed extra skin where necessary under my breasts and made alterations to make one of my nipples perfect even though my surgery was scheduled as an augmentation not a breast lift. (He had asked me prior to the surgery if it would be okay to do this if necessary). He went above and beyond to make me look better than I ever imagined possible.
The incision site is under my breast. I'm thin skinned and so fair that I have blue toned skin. I don't usually scar well. Despite making large incisions necessary to remove excess skin, you can barely see the incision and it's only been 3 weeks! I'm going to post a picture of the incision. Ignore the vertical line on the breast, that is from a prior surgery.
I will never go to another surgeon for even a consult. I can not wait to see what he can do to my rear that I haven't been able to accomplish with squats and spinning. Seriously, cancel your surgery and go see Dr. Blyer. His skill, level of perfectionism and ability to see your vision will amaze you. I'm beyond thrilled and so grateful for how he has improved my body.
