Week....not sure. They've messed up.

I've been wearing the same aligner for 4 weeks now. When you get your next set of aligners, you receive 3 for the month. 1 for the first week, 1 for the second week, and 1 for weeks 3 and 4.

Unfortunately, I'm on week 5 of the same aligner and they still haven't mailed my next set. I've contacted them 4 times already and they keep saying that nothing is in the system to be mailed but they'll let me knew as soon as it does mail. I've only been using them for 2 months and already have a hiccup. I'm worried something is wrong, but they won't tell me what it is.

Irritated that I've now been wearing my aligner for one extra week, which sets my back a week, plus I won't receive them until next week (if they even get mailed out this week), which puts me at week 6 of wearing the same set. I'm going to be 2 weeks behind and my wedding is coming up!!

Hope they figure out what's going on soon! I don't need any more stress than I already have.

Week 5

I was listed for a 3 month plan initially, and next week I will be receiving the last set of aligners. Unfortunately, I still have 4 out of 5 teeth that still aren't fixed. I've been wearing the aligners 18-20 hours a day, but I guess it wasn't enough? Not sure how the next 4 teeth are supposed to get fixed in 3 weeks so I contacted them.

SDC said that if I didn't like my smile at the end of the process, that I would go into a refinement process for no charge. I'm pretty sure that's what's going to happen.

To be quite honest, I don't mind! I always wanted braces and I'm totally fine adding extra time. I like the feel of them in my mouth and it makes my lips look fuller since they make them slightly protrude out.

I'll keep you updated on what happens next!
