Hair Transplant Review - Irvine, CA

Approximately 3 years ago, my wife brought up the idea of getting a hair transplant for my seriously expanding bald spot. I didn’t like the fact that I was losing hair, but I had never really given much thought to remedies for the situation. Once my wife had mentioned hair transplant surgery as an option, I became intrigued. Together we sat down and searched doctors in the Southern California region (we live in Malibu), and scheduled consults with 4 different doctors, Dr. Yazdan being one of them. He was the third doctor I visited, and while I still went to my 4th consult, my wife and I had pretty much decided that Dr. Yazdan was our choice after we left his office. When you’re spending so much money and expecting a certain outcome, you want a doctor that you feel has invested in you just as much as you are investing in their skills. When you meet Dr. Yazdan, you can tell, he pays attention to detail. He was meticulous when he explained everything to me, showed me the tool he would be using to count each hair graft, and he was completely honesty with me about what I could expect for the entire process. Overall, I had a good experience with him and his staff. I did have a slight problem getting my actual appointment scheduled, finding a time that worked between my schedule and the doctor’s schedule was not as easy as I had hoped. I definitely brought this to Dr. Yazdan’s attention, and he explained to me that he only schedules one surgery a day, so that he is able to take his time and be present for the entire procedure as opposed to running around and trying to take care of multiple patients at a time. Once I had my actual hair transplant surgery I appreciated the fact that I had his attention the entire time. He's a great doctor, definitely worth the wait!
