Still not the happiest
So it’s been just over 2 months and I’m not completely happy with my breasts just yet. The right areola is still bigger than the left and there is still herniation to both (puffiness when warm). I had a check up with my surgeon yesterday, he said results are looking great, which I’m not saying they aren’t it’s just that it’s not what I 100% wanted. I feel like it’s become an obsession to say the least. He mentioned that if I want the puffiness corrected I’d need to undergo another procedure... Yay :/ I just wish he had done it during the initial op, I’m also thinking of getting the right areola reduced again or am I being dramatic? Oh Idk :(
4 weeks post-op
I’m not exactly the happiest :/ I removed the incision tape today and one of the areolae is distorted in shape and larger than the other. I don’t know if I’m being fussy or not but it’s really bothering me as I put a lot of money into this. The areola that I don’t like is on my right breast (the non-bruised breast) and the fat graft to my left breast isn’t as big as what it was which has really bothered me too. Has anyone else had distorted areolae post-op and did they turn out fine? The areolae are also different sizes, the right is bigger than the left too. I just want them to be the same size and shape :(
I couldn’t resist..
Okay, I caved in and had a peek. I’m pleasantly surprised so far. The left breast is now slightly bigger than the left but that is because of swelling it seems.
