Subglandular Placement???

Good morning ladies I am hoping anyone who had had subglandular implants can give me some info and put my nerves at ease. I am due to get 275-350cc in a few days and wondered if subglandular changed much or sagged much over the years? I am worried they will droop more over the muscle than under, though I know there is pros and cons with both. Would anyone have pictures of subglandular placement 5-10 years on?

Has any ladies on here had a breast augmentation with Dr Chatzis if so how was your experience? Trying to do as much research as I can before booking surgery. I was recommended over the muscle and most of the research I have done a lot of the time the placement is under the muscle? I have had my consultation.

Hi I know it’s quite late reply but I’m a week after my surgery with dr chatzis and I’m very happy! I had the same worry everyone suggested under muscle but I had it done over the muscle and it looks amazing very natural! Just like I wanted it I felt great after and I wasn’t in pain ! The after care in hospital was amazing also I honestly couldn’t be happier!
