My doctor definitely did listen when I said I wanted a natural looking nose. He raised it up just enough to make it feminine but not pig-like. Which I hear is a problem amongst some rhinoplasty patients. After examining my before picture I can see that there is a slight bump on the bridge of my nose that I didn't notice when I had that nose. Also my after photo you can see the slight bump, I'm worried that it will show up even more as the swelling goes down, that is my biggest concern. As for everything else, including my breathing is just fine.

3 months post op
So it's been 3 months and I'm still concerned about the bump on the bridge of my nose. I went to the doctors recently and was told that I could possibly need a small revision. However, If it does not get any bigger , I don't think that I want a revision done. I don't want to go through the pain again and my nose looks so much better than it did before. Of course I would like no bump at all but we can't all have perfection. So we will just wait and see if this is actual bone or its just swelling that's taking time to go down. Fingers crossed!

Your nose looks awesome. Before reading your posts I thought the post op pics were noses that you may have shown your Dr. as what you would love your nose to look like. As far as the bump your Dr. can probably fix it in his office. I would take him up on it.

Thank you. I never showed my doctor pics of what I wanted my nose to look like, I just asked him to give me a natural looking nose to suit my face! As far as the bump goes, he said it would be a 10 min operation but with general anesthesia. So I don't want to go through that again
I wonder why? I am having a cheek lift with just local anesthesia. I also had my nose done years ago under local as well. Do you have to pay for the general?
Maybe it differs with country and Doctor. If I recall local anesthesia you are awake and aware of what's happening ? He said it would be under general anesthesia and that I wouldnt have to pay for anything including the revision.

Pictures
The picture I posted on previous post I wanted to crop, but it cropped too much when I was doing it on my phone. Don't know what happened there but I just wanted to update with this picture of the front and side 7 weeks post op. I really want to like my nose, I really do but I'm really nervous my nose is going to look even more pinched in the coming months.

Sorry, with***** flash
i don't see a pinched look but it's also really hard to tell from the close up angles you posted from above your nose. In your other pics your nose looks stunning. if you post a pic from a distance (not a close up selfie) I think we'll be able to grasp your overall nose much better. But i wouldn't freak out too much. You have a year to go before you see a final result and you're definitely going to have bad days of swelling. Hang in there!
I will post a selfie from a distance! Well, I know that but I'm afraid I'm gonna hate it in the coming months, when the swelling goes down all the imperfections will surface! It's just a matter of the waiting game. Thank you for your words! < 3
