Year of Great Results and Consistently Excellent Care

I’ve been going to YellowBlu MedSpa about once a month for the past year and have had a consistently great experience. I’ve done a variety of skin treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and IPL, and I’ve been very happy with both the treatments and the results.

What I appreciate most is how consistently good the experience is. Everyone I’ve seen has been knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to, and I’ve always felt like my skin and what I’m trying to accomplish are taken into account rather than just being given a standard treatment.

The customer service is also excellent. Appointments are easy to schedule and, just as importantly for me, easy to change when something comes up. On the rare occasion that the person I was scheduled with wasn’t available, YellowBlu has always found another professional who could take care of me rather than asking me to reschedule. It’s a small thing, but after a year of regular appointments, that kind of reliability really stands out.

After trying several different treatments over the past year, I’ve been consistently happy with my skin and the results. YellowBlu has definitely earned my trust, and I plan to keep going back. Highly recommend.
