Amazing Results
Still loving the results. IPL is a miracle worker! The flaking is a little annoying and the skin will look bad for about 2 weeks and it will be dry. Just be patient because when all that comes off after 2 weeks, you’ll be amazed!
IPL on Upper and Lower Arms — Sun Damage Be Gone!
I admit it. I did a lot of tanning in my younger years and it finally caught up to me. After having a series of IPL treatments on my face and loving the results, I decided I wanted to try it on my arms. I had uneven pigment, texture issues, and blotchiness of varying shades of brown from years of sun and tanning beds. I had no visible sun spots, but more of just a general overall uneven pigment with different shades of color.
The IPL treatment was similar to a face treatment. Not horribly painful and well tolerated. As usual, my arms were very red and burned like a sunburn for about an hour. The redness subsided in 4-5 hours, but by the next day it was evident what the sun and tanning had done to my skin. My entire arms were nearly covered in sun damage. The IPL darkens any damage or uneven pigment and boy, did I have a lot!
It took about 12 days for all of the pigment to rise to the surface and flake off. What I was left with was beautiful even-toned, smooth skin. One aggressive IPL treatment literally cleared 20 years of sun damage.
I highly recommend this treatment to anyone and especially recommend it at Premiere. Their prices are the best in Tampa Bay and their staff is great!
