WORTH IT
Went back and saw Lani again yesterday to treat my 2nd wave of bruises that have appeared in the last week and was equally amazed at just how fast they started to lighten and clear. These pics are from less than 24 hours later, and they just keep looking better and better.

IPL Laser Treatment for Extreme Bruising
Ms Lani Doser is amazing and quite literally one of my favorite people. I could go on for days about the fabulous work that she does and what a genuinely kind person she is, but I wanted to post a review for something that I just experienced this week…
I had Lipo 360 with fat grafting and a BBL on Monday, and I immediately started bruising right after. By that Thursday, 3 days after surgery, I was quite literally covered in dark purple/black bruises from head to toe. Dr Doser had reached out to me previously in the week to ask how I was doing after surgery, so when I messaged her back, I let her know about the bruising.
Well, being the sweetheart that she is, she told me that if I could get a ride to her office that morning, she had a cancellation and would use the IPL laser to treat my bruising to see if she could both lighten them and expedite the healing process. I was skeptical because the areas were so large and so dark, but she told me that she knew she could help, and I trust her, so I gave it a shot, and oh my goodness! Am I ever glad that I did! Just check out a few of the before and afters… and these pictures aren’t days apart, these are only a few hours apart. It works that fast!
It helped with the pain too. Not so much with the deep pain, because that part is just going to take time to heal, but the pain and sensitivity I was having on the surface of my skin, where it hurt to even wear soft pants or a shirt, is so much better. So long story short, if you decide to get Lipo or a BBL done and experience extreme bruising like me, I would definitely recommend considering some IPL treatments to see if you can get some relief, because it really works, and fast too. But please ask your surgeon first because it needs to be done by someone who is very skilled in doing IPL treatments, or it could cause more harm than good. And if you happen to be in the Portland metro area, give Lani a call at Skinwise. Not only is she highly skilled at what she does, but she is also extremely gentle and will take good care of you.
