I had one BBL Forever treatment 13 months ago with horrible results. It seems that my skin has thermal damage after researching these machines. My skin was red and swollen for about 2 months after the treatment. What followed was very distressing. First my skin got extremely dry and would not hold moisture at all. Then I started noticing enlarged pores (orange peel) all over my face, lines around my mouth, red veins and lax skin. Not to mention the toll it has taken on my mental health! It is hard to believe all this happened from one BBL Forever treatment, but it did!! I am writing this review to let readers know what can happen from not only this machine, but other IPL treatments.

Can you please post before and after pics?
It's a little hard to see in pictures. It damaged the texture of my skin really bad. My skin was nice and smooth before the procedure. Wish I had never done it!!!
