Horrible Experience. Left Looking Worse Than when I Came.

Absolutely horrible. I went in for a IPL treatment. It was a regular normal treatment. No major issues with my skin before. Then, I was treated by a staff member who knew absolutely no idea what she was doing, and zapped my hair with the laser several times. I now suffering hair loss and look five times worse than when I came in.

I called in about my complaint, multiple times I was promised a call back, I never received it finally when I receive a call back, the only thing they could offer was for me to come in to monitor my hair loss. Laughable. Stay away.
