Clear Skin FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE

I received a series of (3) IPL treatments, primarily for hyperpigmentation and acne. My expectations were not high, as I have been dealing with stubborn acne my entire life, and the red marks left behind can linger for a year or more. I have tried so many topical and oral treatments. So I was surprised and THRILLED when after the 2nd treatment, I began to notice serious changes. I went from a girl with "bad skin" to receiving COMPLIMENTS on my skin, including from my PCP!
So the results were great, but I also want to compliment the staff, who went out of the way to understand my expectations and that I was satisfied with the treatment. Eleanor coordinated my treatments, including reaching out before the treatment to make sure I had "prepped" properly, for example, with numbing cream. This care goes a long way, especially when you are new to the treatment, busy, and anxious.
