Soon to be a Lima Doll March13

$4,500
Last semester in school. Daughter getting married in May and finally my life changing surgery scheduled on 3/13 . I thought is never see this point.
Ran into a snag with passport due to my birth certificate not having my parents name but only a bump in the road.
Balance with home and school is a top priority. I am working to stay caught up and earlier on my assignments and homework to prepare for in foreseen problems after surgery.
I am planning a tt, bbl, and bl with Lima and staying with Gianna.

Good luck on ur journey, I'll be watching as I contemplate making the decision have a much needed BBL myself ! Btw can someone tell me what the hell does SX stand for. I know it refers to surgery but how do the letters sx mean surgery
Yes. Thank you. I need all the support I can get. I really don't talk to people about my plans. I find it second nature here. I follow you as well. Take ur time. When the time is right you will know. As for sx the acronym actually has two meanings but surgery and symtoms. It is how you use it. History is hx. Go figure on that one too. ..lol Good luck and read read read as much as you can regarding this procedure.
I haven't started a "journal" of my journey yet because it really hasn't begun. I'm still debating if I want to go on the journey at all. My husband will be with me and support me the best he can, but he doesn't want me to do anything to my body! Except of course if I were to decide to replace me b cup implants with a D cup! Then he's all for surgery! Wtf!
I might be having mine in late August, I've decided that it's just to close to bathing suit season to do anything now.

Trying to make this dream a reality!

Sorry to be slacking on my posting.
I feel so fortunate to have found this site.
I am so grateful for all the beautiful ladies who have been supporting my decision to continue on this journey.
I thank the ladies who have made it a commitment to keep us "newbies" informed so that we are better equipped to make an educated decision.
As they say "when you know better you do better".
Since I have found this site , by "accident" shall I say, I have felt like I am always in the company of like minded women.
I say by accident because while doing a random Google search is how I learned this "world" exist.
Upon being directed here, reading the stories, and journeys of women sharing their deepest desire
told me this was the place for me.
Many sisters here on real self have left an impact on my life.
I see plastic surgery in a whole new light.
It's more than just saying you want something, paying for it and "walla" it's done. New body New me. No. it's more than a notion.
It is a journey that consist of careful planning, researching, and work at ensuring your results will be the best possible. it's more than just affording what your heart desire,
finding the place,
finding the doctor who will give you the results your looking for.
It's having a plan. if you don't plan to succeed then you are planning to fail.Thats what I've been told.
While thinking of ways to save for my procedures I also had to consider a recovery plan. I don't care how big my butt is after surgery, but how well I am able to recover back to my pre-surgery self.
My man, my kids, my job, my friends, my education, my Yoga practice all these things are a big part of my life that I plan to continue to enjoy.
On another note I am getting my plan in place seriously!
I neglect to tell you my sisters that I am a smoker.
I refuse to have surgery of any kind until I quit, and remain a non smoker. My physician is aware of my plans, and support me on my mission to quit smoking. Not just for surgery, but I'm sick of it. I am pre- physician assistant. What do I look like trying to treat people smelling like cigarettes...lbvs
I have been prescribed medication to stop smoking. I am continuing to walk every day for cardio, circulation, and awesome oxygen support. I continue to take all the recommend vitamins. I am still researching who I feel will be thr best plastic surgeon for me. Have a payment, and a half left on my bestbuy account, and paid in full. s
So thats $150 every month I was paying that I can now put away. Every bit helps. In one of the facebook group somone asked "How were people affording their sx" I am now on that budget train!
Nomore elaborate nail art at $50 every 3 weeks, no lashes $25 every 2 weeks, and I usually cook 7 days a week, but when I have class late we order out. For a family of four that's $30-$40 per meal, and the steak dinners I cook, no more! Hamburger Helper time.
I think we spend $550-$650 a month in addition to takeout.
I'm gonna tweek that grocery bill too because a lot of it is microwave, easy cook stuff for the boys when there is a fridge full of left overs!
fruit, and yogurt for snacks only no more "pop" it in nothing!
What are you ladies doing to add to your surgery expense "piggy bank"? Please share. If you're dipping here, putting A with B whatever.
We might get new ideas.
Well until next time happy.... bootay thoughts.....lol

I agree with your suggestions. Eat out, nails and such will save you at least for compression garments and massages... Great ideas mama!
