Ionithermie Cellulite Treatment Review: Is it worth it?
I have always had cellulite on my thighs. Even being super healthy and going to the gym 3 times a week wouldn’t smooth out the lumpy look. I did a lot of research on different techniques available to reduce cellulite, and while on a cruise I decided to give the Ionithermie a go.
I had a few sessions on board and according to the spa lad who did the treatment for me, I lost inches on my legs, stomach, and arms in each session. I sort of felt like she was purposely pulling the measuring tape tighter after each treatment, but my reflection in the mirror, especially on my legs, did appear smoother.
I was talked into the home treatment, which I was told would enhance my results. I was also assured that the initial results from the sessions was not temporary and would not revert to how it previously looked. Well...a month of home treatments later, and photos every week at least, and now a final measure to finalise my results and I have my answer.
No. Ionithermie is not worth it.
It is expensive for the treatments and even more so for the home care. My measurement are the same, if not worse, even with more excise than what I was doing previously. My legs look exactly the same. All the cellulite is still there and lumpy as ever. And to top it off, I’ve gotten no positive result from the hundreds and hundreds of $$$ I have spent.
In conclusion, Ionithermie is a waste of time and money. You might think you are getting results at first, but unfortunately they don’t last even a few days after each treatment. The home care seems to be a money making scheme to rip you off even more.
Disclaimer: this is my personal experience and not base on anyone’s results except for my own.
