Changed to aligner 5 today and popped in or some more IPR
Not as tight as tray 4 & Dr Ali advises he is purposefully taking the transition slowly so visual change will take a while to see!

It’s now 5 weeks in had latest dentist appointment & another gold star of good hygiene which makes me really happy as lve been so focused on ensuring my teeth/gums stay in healthy shape whilst wearing Invisalign
More IPR which was a little sensitive as opposed to sore
Trays 4-11 were given to me and a move to weekly changes so by next appointment on 5 November l will have only 42 trays to work through. There will be refinement l have no doubt!!
Change of tray has been tight but not painful and lve not had any discomfort to date, though l do get ready dry mouth all time.
Not sure l see any changes visually but when flossing lm aware of new gaps/spaces that have appeared so something is moving.
Looking forward to next series of trays.
