Consultation review: bad office practices

Do NOT pay her any money upfront unless she shows you the full Invisalign workup first. She tried to charge me over $500 dollars upfront. Other offices will do this for free. They're excuse was "everyone runs their offices differently".

Additionally the same person that "sanitizes" the rooms also walks around the office holding a small dog. Unprofessional and unsanitary.
