How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Absolutely Not Worth It
My initial teeth straightening treatment was with traditional braces which I wore for a little more than 2 years and didn't really mind at all. Yes, it took longer to floss my teeth at night, but that was about it. Long story short my orthodontist, trying to save me money I guess, did not insist that I get a new splint for my upper teeth and it was so worn down on the front that my front teeth moved. Now I have to wear Invisialign for 7 weeks to correct the front teeth. I've only been wearing them one day and wish I'd never agreed to this treatment. 1. My leisurely morning cup of coffee - no more. 2. Tasting something or licking a spoon while I'm cooking - no more. 3. Paying attention to how long I have the Invisalign out to eat a meal. 4. Brushing my teeth after every meal. 5. Having to deal with removing Invisalign, storing it, brushing my teeth, and reinserting when eating in a restaurant. And it's not just reinserting - it's using the "chewies" to be certain everything is properly seated.
This is what I've learned after less than 24 hours. To me, I'd rather have traditional braces - the vanity factor of not being able to tell I'm wearing braces doesn't outweigh the other things.
