Inverted V Deformity Post Rhinoplasty

I had a rhinoplasty procedure 7 years ago. My main concern was my dorsal hump but I had very few aesthetic concerns so I asked for a natural nose job. I noticed that the results of my surgery looked off and decided to see Dr. Wisnicki about this about 3-4 years ago when I moved back to South Florida. I was offered no revision or even solution as to how to fix it. Post-rhinoplasty, my nose looks great from the side but awful from the front and is crooked and deformed now.
