43, lost weight and I need my boobs refilled :) Inverness, IL

So I guess my husband took a photo of me right after I came into the house and just wanted to lie down on the floor instead of going up the stairs. At least my dog was concerned! Anyhow.... If you want to know what a couple hours post surgery feels like, this is it. Fortunately I don't remember a thing.

My chest looks great. I'm sore but it's not excruciating. My nipples feel like there are sharp little piranha teeth biting on me from time to time but it doesn't last long. I'm off the heavy meds... BUT... I'm Just sort of down? Like sad? I'm really not upset about anything I just feel tired and weepy. Blah. My breasts haven't really changed since the last photos.

I bought some pumpkin spice flavored things at the store and tried them on the way home and they didn't even taste like pumpkin spice and I swear to God I was fighting back tears and profanity over it. That's my current state of mind. Has anyone else been through this?

The pain has really decreased. The only new thing I've noticed is that my breasts are making little squishing/creaking/crunchy noises when I move my arms around to much. Google and reals elf have out my mind at ease about this but I'll still be asking at my follow up in a week.
