My Orbera journey. .

I had my Orbera procedure done 2 months ago and I've lost 30 pounds so far...4 more months to go ???? $5,000. well worth it. .

Were you able to keep it off? I'm curious about the gastric balloon but so few people post months after it's removed.
Well I just had my balloon removed early due to a lot of gastric reflux but my weight is 204 and truthfully i feel great! The weight loss is very slow but it was the jump start push I need to get me where I want to be!
I'm so glad to hear it!
Still slim. The weight hasn't came back. Because I'm still eating healthy. . But it has caused me to have some digestive issues. . . . The balloon has been out since August

My Orbera Journey

I'v always been thick/slim. . No love handles no gut ....everything was intact. But since my 3rd Child and now that I'm older it became harder for me to lose weight. . Im 37 5'5 & 225 pounds . . I lost 11pounds last month with the phentermine pills. . But I've been searching for weightloss procedures since July 2016. . And the Orbera balloon was the safest way to go...and the cheapest.. $6200. My 1st appointment was on the 9th . Spoke with the surgon and dietitian. .My Orbera procedure will be placed on the 15 of March . . Say a prayer for me.. . . My goal is to lose 45 pounds. . .

My procedure went fine. . Soon as I got home the cramping and sickness begins. .I threw up every 2 hours. . Couldn't have a full conversation with anyone because I was so nauseated. . . But I knew once I got over the 3 days hump of sickness then I would be fine. .. couldn't eat or drink those days. But still tried. . This is my 5th day and I've noticed I'm a little weak and slow. . So now I've been following the doctors weekly diet .
I decided to weight myself today instead of waiting for my 1 week appointment. And I'm already down 11 pounds in 5 days. Yesssss ....... so happy....
What! How awesome is that!! Please keep us posted. I am going in for my consultation as soon as I return from traveling for work. I can not wait to have this done. Wishing you all the best!
