Day 8
$350
My scalp has finished peeling and now is smooth as a baby's bottom, so nice to run my hand over my scalp and not feel any lesions, so glad now that i did the treatment. I am going to be vigilent with applying factor 70 and wearing a hat, need to scour the internet to find cool hat designs which will be my new hobby jaja

5 days on , time for a progress check up with my doctor at azulay clinic, Dr Marcela Benez
Here i am day 5 , the redness is fading n the slight ichiness is starting. My scalp is peeling which is a good sign even though i am using bepathnol, a vaseline like cream twice a day to keep my scalp moisturized. I hope for every day, that it is cloudy so i dont need to sweat under a hat! Good news, my visut with Dr Benez went well, ( i previously wrote Azulay! ), she is very happy with the results which makes me happy. I nterestingly enough she told me that the scalp turns red because of the lesions ( if you dont have lesions, your scalp does not turn red, and OMG it is discomforting but livable, better the treatment than getting the cancer. Tomorrow i go back to Chile feeling confident. I forgot to mention, prior to applying the cream for 3 hours, Dr Benez, gently scraped the top layers of my lesions with a wooden scalpel and afterwards covered my head in cling film and foil before bandage . The light she used is red, see puc of me undergoing lamp treatment.,i would suggest, asking your doctor exactly their procedure as i believe mine was the right choice and the right doctor
