Hello Everyone.
I am you typical man who starting to get the declining hair line at a young ago.
I tried all the products on the market and nothing worked .
So I looked on line and found out about fue the cost in America or UK was shocking .
I finally came across Istanbul and looked at best deals.
I found a price of 1590 euro online .
When I rang the I spoke to the manager there by the name of aytec.
He seemed polite enough.
So In excitement I booked my tickets and arrived at airport with my wife .
We were picked up from the airport 2 hours later after calling them and saying we are here we were told by him that any min someone will be there. This should have been the first sign but to be honest I was so excited I let the matter go . Arrived at hotel had a very bad smell and I would say it's not more then 30 euors a night for 2 people as have been to Turkey 4 times we an amazing experience .
Again not something that bothered me much after all I was going to look younger lol
On the morning I arrived at the office with the cash which I was told to bring.
Then I'm told by the manager that my cost is 3000 euro . I was very upset and questioned this and he made excuses.
I explained to him that he was sent my photos so what is the issue .
I was very upset as tickets we paid for and were told if I did not use service I would have to pay 200 euro a night for the room .
So I decided to pay as I only had 1600 euro in cash I had to pay the rest on my card which I can tell you guys they charge an extra 30 percent for !! Clearly a con.
So I am rushed into a room and no one speaks English the manager is at this point working his sales pitch on next customer and i can see this customer shouting at the Mananger .
I decided to cancel and pay hotel bill as this was enough to put anyone off.
The manager became very rude and started to shout and say we have already signed contract so we get no money back . My wife started to shake with fear.
As she calmed down she said please just go for it and God willing all will be fine as we have no money for this again and we are geting married in 7 months.
So again I'm taken into room for treatment which is in a flat by the way not a lab or hospital. The palace was a little dirty.
They started the treatment by injecting my head atleast 20 time and I screamed with pain . When you would try to say something they would say no English. Imagine that !!!
At no point did I see a doctor at all.
I was told its over after 6 hours and I needed 3000 hairs .
The staff were on the phones in the same place they were operating on your and eating there lunch imaagine the risk for infection.
When we were taken back to hotel I was in so much pain. No one explained anything after operation it was like you can go the driver will drop you and here are papers to read.
I rang the manager aytec the next day and asked about antibiotics and Meds and he said buy pain killers !!! I asked about shampoo he said use any baby shampoo and you can buy our shampoo online but you can only buy min 6 which costs hundreds ??? What ..
I said to him this is not what it says on your web site he shouted And cut me off.
Next day no one picked us up to take us to re airport we took as taxi.
After reading the reviews I wish I had come across this site before .
This site is very helpful for people like me and others to share our experience and earn other people so they don't get charged double like I did.the results right now don't look great. I know it's early days but I have a bad feeling as the patch from that back has not grown back and I'm told they may have removed too many Doner grafts by my doc hence no growth.
I have rang then 2 times and explained what the issue is they said if I am having issues its my fault and I have to pay 1590euro again to have it fixed.
I am so gutted they did this to me .
I find transest is a false business that cheats People into coming there and once there it bullies them to give there money.
I wish I found this site before and read all reviews . I have read so many reviews about them here.
I wil post photos In 3 months so all can see results
My only advice will be you get what you pay for .

I had a great experience with Transest and none of what you wrote about applied to me. I'm sorry you feel conned but maybe wait til you hit 6-7 months and see what happens. Click my name to see my review if you like. I think it's hardly fair to slander the clinic like this if you haven't given the procedure a fair chance to grow in. I've actually grown even more hair in the past couple of weeks and I'll update my review in January when I hit 7 months. I wish you luck and lots of hair growth.

Okay say my review is not about hair growth .
It's about them doubling the charge when I got there.
Not seeing the doctor once.
None of the staff speaking English except aytec who wants your money of course.
Having the operation in a flat not a clinic .
Transest charging your for everything extra.
Not medication was given to me and I was rushed out then told to buy tbe shampoo and medication .
Transest is wrong on so many levels not just if the hair grows or not .
I will never reccomned this clinch to anyone

Again none of this happened to me. Price I paid is what I was quoted. They gave me antibiotics and pain killers and instructed me on how to use them. True the doctors and techs didn't speak English. There are other doctors offices a blood lab and other clinics in this building you call a "flat". Most buildings are multi-use like this in Turkey. I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. I would be upset too. The price change is strange to say the least. I've had 2 friends go to Transest as well so you can see why this sounds bizarre to me. Again, best of luck. I hope at least your results will be great.

I'm the same as you CaliD3, given 1 bottle of shampoo, antibiotics and pain killers for 5 days, post op intrusions in writing, professional bag and package as well, I was given the opportunity to buy proscar and additional shampoo but no pressure, and i met others in hotel and in clinic before and after my procedure over the 2 days, I seen 3 different ops after mine and all looked superbly neat and compact and the driver mustapher was running people all over, as you say 8 can't understand how this clinic with the same people involved has gone so downhill in 5 months

So now you say the reviews not about hair growth but you state your doctor says they've taken too much donor with 3000 grafts and you have bare patch not growing so you are contradicting yourself, I had 4600 grafts removed and now after 5 months on grade 3 my donor looks fine, you have to give the procedure tine, it's not fair to jump down the clinics throat immediately after, all FUE takes at least 4-5 months to come out of ugly duckling stage, you have to be prepared for this, I was.

They doubled my charge . They shouted as me and my mrs ! They lied to us. The after care was poor ! Then did not give us medication . They tried to rip me off with money .
I will never trust them or give them good reviews .
The hair will never grow back from the back so this Is the end of this .
This is my experience and everyone should know it .

Yes they can read my review and these people who do read know that no customer would keep defending a company like you do unless they work there .

I have just seen many others negative reviews on here about transest from months ago and new ones saying everything I complained about ! Being charged more ! Being dumped at hotel ! Aytec being rude .
I find it very strange how your making out as if I'm making lies for some reason why don't you message them people on there wall. There is more than 6 bad reviews I can see .
Pls don't drag me into a long discussion as I know how transest is just thought would update you . As u see the same account that have been messaging me here again and again have has comments removed from there also from admin for not meeting terms of site . For the people who are reading these reviews and comments . Would anyone really put so much effort in trying to make another customer look like a liar and not just me the other reviews under transest . Just something to thinks about .

U was there in May 2017 everything the complete opposite of what u say so I have to keep repeating that - I could not have found nicer people. One person PMd because he was worried about going after reading this but if u look on whatclinic they get 5star reviews - Istanbul hair clinics all operate much the same way and as I said the hotel they put me in was a well rated Hilton - swimming pool and more - but transest doesn't run the hotel if it had a smell call the front desk ? That's why the review looks suspicious u r blaming them for stuff they have no control over. Now where the pics of your hair - despite the smelly room shouldn't the work they did be most important of all ?

i thing you went somewhere else not transest , because i went there and i was realy happy with their service and care , also i sent 3 of my frends they r also so happy with their transplants , the people here u can go to my page and see my pictures , btw all transest team is honest and polite people .

You are entitled to your POV of course at this point it seems hysterical but I can honestly say like others here everything that happened to me there is the exact opposite of what u report. They could not have been nicer ! Professional courteous quick working and the doc was there all the time.
