Since Ive been on this site for yearsss, might as well contribute. I received natrelle inspira SRF 450L/485R under the muscle on Aug 12,2026. Im 5'3 and anywhere from 120-125 pounds.. started off with a 34B (more like A, without padding if im honest lol)
I'll attach the progress photos I've taken as well..
Healing has been fine. The best way i can describe the tightness feeling over the past couple weeks would be to compare it to being engorged when your milk comes in and then random tightening that feels like milk letdowns.. I was fortunate enough to have a super easy recovery and returned to work literally the NEXT day.(house cleaner)
I was given a M compression bra following surgery, had to buy a large after 2 weeks because I started getting bruising on my breast. Nipple sensitivity still hurts a lil but I can deal with it. Def get stool softeners! I went almost 13 days without pooping because I didnt like an idiot.
Ive been cleared to wear regular bras but im still in a sports bra for now. Im excited to see how they progress though!
