Hey guys sorry for no recent update, I’ve just been busy with work lately. I went back to normal about 1 week post up. I am very happy with my size and it’s very natural and definitely the look I was going for to give me proportion to my body. That being said, sometimes I wish I went bigger since I think I could have gotten away with it. I go back and forth seeing all these girls on here going in the 400s range and getting a bit of boobie blues but if I look in the mirror, I’m very happy with what I see. I’ve beeb dressing them down so none of my coworkers or family has noticed, which is definitely what I was going for until they drop from my collarbone. Overall I’m very happy I went through with it and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Hi everyone sorry for no update recently. I had my surgery on 3/2 and chickened out last minute. I ended up getting 330/360 implants. I was a last minute decision since I really wanted the natural look and didn’t want people to walk into a room and know I’ve had my boobs done right off the bat.
First couple of days were really tough for me since I’m not used to being dependent on my boyfriend for everything. He’s been a real sweetheart through the entire process. Its hard for me to differentiate between pressure and pain. My chest just feels really tight right now. I am currently still bandaged up and it will stay that way until tomorrow when I go in for my first post op appointment. My chest has been kind of itchy under the bandages but I took some Benadryl and that seemed to help a bit.
I’m a side sleeper for sure so one of the biggest problems for me has been sleeping at an incline and being in bed all day. I’m getting super restless and my back hurts. I’m doing my best to trust the process and can’t wait until I’m more mobile and able to get around.

Hello, I am in the same situation as you. Choosing to go with 405ccs but feeling I may chicken out last minute and choose to go down to 375ccs.
What was your BWD beforehand? Are you happy with your size now after being almost a month down in your recovery?
My BWD was 11.5 I believe. I’m happy, but I was going for a very natural look to give me proportion to my body frame. I definitely could have went with 405, so you should definitely do it!
I also just posted an update if you’re interested and want to take a look!
We are very VERY similar in stats and I am a bwd of 12cm. I am actually getting my surgery exactly a month after you got yours so I will defintely be following your progress! I am also looking to go with a very natural look. I chose the moderate profile Natrelle inspiras SRM 405 CCs , under the muscle . Here’s hoping they turn out as nice as yours are looking!
Did you go under the muscle by any chance?
Yes, I went under the muscle with smooth round moderate profile implants. I’m so excited for you, I’m sure they will turn out beautiful! I look forward to seeing your results! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi!!! Can’t wait to see your update pics. I JUST got my surgery today! Ended up going with the 375 CCs instead of 405 CCs!
I am going with smooth round as well! I’m excited too, but also a little hesitant they may look too big ! I too don’t want my boobs to be noticeably large. 375 just seems like a nice safe size, and they look great on you! Also- how long were you loopy after recovery? I’m taking a week off but worried that won’t be enough time.
Hi :)! How are things coming along?! Have your boobs dropped a significant amount ??

Natrelle Inspira 375 and 405cc. 5’6” 150lbs, 23yo and no kids
Hey everyone! I’ve been lurking around this side for a good while and have finally decided to start my review! After several consultations, I have finally picked my surgeon and scheduled my appointment for March 2nd.
My stats:
23yo, no kids
150lbs
5’6”
Pear shaped body and want to be more proportional.
So far I’ve decided to go for Silicone, moderate profile, under the muscle implants. I have a bit of asymmetry so I chose 405cc for my smaller breast and my surgeon will match whatever the other breast needs to make them equal.
I’m definitely going for a natural look and after reading on here, everyone says go bigger. I’m curious though, does anyone wish they went smaller? I dont want my breasts to be the first thing people notice when they meet me. I’m so excited and nervous at the same time! Any tips and suggestions you guys have would be extremely appreciated!!

I was a 32 AA, 5’6’, 125lbs and got 325cc round, high profile under the muscle. I now fit into a Victoria Secret 32DD! I don’t wish I went any bigger, or smaller. These are perfect for my body size and I can always wear a push up bra to make them stand out!
I ended up going down and getting 330/360. I’m currently bandaged up and cant tell their size. I changed my mind a few minutes before going into surgery so I hope I dont regret that.
I’ve learned that the most important factor is your breast width diameter (BWD). You want an implant equal to that measurement or sightly narrower. Otherwise you risk too much side boob or the implants being too close together. Did your surgeon tell you your BWD?
