Worst Experience with the Overhyped Flawless Cosmetics by STACY

I was interested in getting facial fillers to improve my face, however I wanted to go to a trusted clinic where I know that I'm in safe hands and have positive results. so upon months and months of research I decided to go to flawless cosmetics which was the worst mistake of my life. I wish I never went there. But anyways I booked an appointment with Stacy for cheek fillers. But I told them that I was unsure of what I really wanted. they said no problem as we would have a consultation and they would tell me what would suit my face better.So I trusted them and went ahead to Nottingham.When I went there Stacy saw me she thought I was there for lip fillers. She did not even consult with me properly. when I was asking her about cheek fillers or jaw fillers and if they would improve or suit my face. she was like depends on the type of look your going for. she didn't really study my face proportions properly. she was just so desperate to inject. so on the spot I thought I would try jaw fillers and lip fillers. she did not advise me if I was suitable for jaw fillers.because I was not! but I was to young and naive to understand. she said she would inject 1ml in each jaw so total of 2ml. i told her that I did not want my jaw to look wide from the front view. she said it won't don't worry. However upon injecting all the difference was from the front view. I looked like a legit box head. my jaw was wider than my cheeks and it still is despite it being 4 months since I had it done.i did not need 1ml in each jaw probably 0.5ml if that. now my face is so unproportional. she was clearly looking for the money hence she recommend 2ml over 1ml. when looking at youtube videos of other people trying jaw fillers they try 0.5ml-0.7ml and they had worse jaw lines than me. I have a skinny face with a clear jaw line. I was just looking for a slight definition to the jaw. not to make my face wider. she fucked up my jaw. she didn't even tell me what she injected me with. when I got my jaw done, I was unhappy. I then started to message flawless cosmetics that I don't like my jaw and that im also getting a lot of pain because I have a tmj disorder. they did not respond for 3 days. I was really angry so I commented on their instagram post which by the way they were active on. and then after me leaving a bad review they then messaged me back. and also to my surprise they deleted the whole post where I left a bad review about their customer service. if only if I knew what dodgy people they were. I asked about what they used on my jaw and she told me Stacy injected me with revolax. which when I searched I saw this was the longest lasting filler. I was really angry as she never consulted with me the choice of fillers and their durability. this was the first time getting fillers done, she didn't even educate me about fillers and what she was going to be using!
now about my lips. she applied numbing cream on top of my lips with out removing my makeup. We did our jaw filler first and after seeing how bad she did my jaw I did not go ahead with the lips. After watching youtube videos. I saw that makeup is first removed then numbing cream is applied but she did not even remove my makeup.
All I want to say is please do not get caught up on the advertising these companies too. like I did. I saw their instagram post and people on youtube recommending them and I thought I could trust them with my face. But I can't. they are just money hungry. they don't study or look at your facial proportions.
I've never been with the rest of the flawless cosmetics crew. this is my experience with just Stacy just keep that in mind.
