They Really Know What They're Doing and Everyone is So Welcoming
After doing some research I was undecided between Preventous and a different place in the SW. I'm so glad I chose them! I have never felt more welcome or at ease in a cosmetic clinic. EVERYONE from receptionist to the nurses and doctors made an effort to make me feel comfortable, and the results are even better than what I hoped! My lips look incredible and I don't look like I'm tired and soggy anymore.
Aimee who is the girl who does the initial consultation has answered every email I sent her with concerns or questions, she never made me feel like I was asking too much and didn't pressure me into booking more that I was comfortable with, which I appreciated a lot given the upselling mentality out there.
The place is very quiet and private (it's downstairs from their private medical clinic), rooms and restrooms are spotless clean, and everyone really knows what they're doing. The girl at reception knows a lot about the products and gave me an honest breakdown of what made most sense to buy within my budget which was awesome and a first.
It was my first time getting fillers so I was a little nervous, but Dr. Bissondath and his nurse took the time to explain everything in detail and actually listen to what I wanted before making suggestions. Apparently he's one of the best injectors in Canada and I can see why... I showed him pictures of the look I was after and he gave me a very scientific but clear explanation of how that would modify the symmetry of my face and how it would affect the emotion of my entire face. His suggestions were great and he made sure I was on board with the new plan before proceeding. He's very delicate, I barely felt a thing and his nurse gave me an idea of what to expect for swelling and all the post-treatment instructions.
MY RESULT WAS AMAZING! Honestly better than what I thought I could hope for. Despite having several things done what I like the most is that it looks so natural, like my face from years ago and not a fake "doll" look. I've received so many compliments and it's making me feel so much better about myself!! I highly recommend this place: amazing team, very expert doctors, and overall great experience. I'm never going anywhere else, and neither should you.
