Chris Greaves, Dr. Tarbet's COMT medical assistant and injection supervisor is amazing!I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.  I started seeing him for Botox/Xeomin and felt comfortable enough to move on to fillers.  He is very knowledgeable about the products, techniques, and uses, and his bedside manner is enthusiastic and comforting. He explains everything in great detail and puts you at ease about you're treatment.   I asked to look like ‘me’ but a fresher version and that is exactly what Chris achieved; he has an eye for beauty and work of a perfectionist! The last time I was there, I had cheek filler and was so happy with the results that I went back for nasolabial fold and chin filler (which was done by Dr. Tarbet). I could not be happier with the results. Chris is completely honest and will tell you the 'pros and cons' of different products and exactly how to get the most ‘bang for your buck.’ I appreciate the time he takes and I am never rushed . Thanks again Chris, you keep me beautiful.

Looks very nice. Do u maintain the correction still a year later?

Just made an update with new pics.
I did get some additional filler 15mo later, but I only did a very small amount on one cheek area and the opposite nasolabial fold, not even close to the initial amount. This second time I had the filler placed at my temples which really brought my whole face up and I am extremely pleased with these results.
I probably won't do much more filler in the cheek and nasolabial area due to concerns of accumulation and migration which can happen over time. I plan to do undereye PRP as my next cosmetic splurge but that will another 15-18 mo away.
Please let me know if you have anyother questions I could answer.

Thank you for your kind response. Yrs if you have fuller still be conservative or you will get migration . Thanks again xo

Hi, your results are amazing. How many syringes did you get in the cheeks?
May 21, 2021
2 syringes total. 1 split between the cheeks, and the other to touch up my right cheek a touch (it is always less full) and split between my nasolabial folds and chin.

One year later pre/post additional filler

stephlgarland
One year later and still loving the results although not nearly as pronounced as when first done. I never had any problems with the filler, I never felt it under the skin, and it never felt lumpy or weird when washing my face.
I decided to get additional Radiesse and lip threads. Will make a new post about the newest procedures.

How do you like the lip threads?
March 12, 2021
I really like the lip threads. Now, they are very subtle, more of reversing aging rather than augmenting how my lips naturally look. I was starting to gets smokers lines (not a smoker) and noticed my lipstick would bleed just a bit and the boarder was not a crisp as it was 10-15 years ago. I had 2 sets of threads done on the top on the boarder and love it. The results are not really seen in the posted pictures, I will try to add some more. It defined the boarder, gave a bit of lift without the puffiness of filler. I had 1cc of Juvederm in my lips about 2 years ago, and I much prefer the threads. Would recommend and will do again!
