Life Changing Filler and Botox

Growing up I had a noticable underbite and went through years bullying as a child because of the way my jaw, teeth and upper lip was structured. I received braces in 5th grade and they came off my freshmen year of high school. Not only was I bullied as a “brace face” or being called a “bulldog” but I was an active athelete who played four sports and grew up on a farm..my day to day life was extremely hands on. I experienced chronic mouth wounds from physical activities and regular kid stuff. Eventually my braces came off and my jaw was fixed.. temporarily. Five years later my jaw has shifted back to its underbite and my upper lip slowly started tucking behind my bottom lip. Everyone has insecurities and this is one of mine. I had no clue what to do until I seeked out Dr. Emer and he suggested using filler in my jawline and lip to adjust my look without getting braces again. I am a younger guy and haven’t thought of anything cosmetic related or getting aesthetic treatments but once I saw Dr. Emer’s videos and heard through various people online and in Los Angeles, I knew he was a meticulous doctor and I was in the best hands.
Having braces gave me PTSD, I could never go through it again and lost hope finding a resolution and that is when I made the choice to get filler and botox by Dr. Emer. InstantIy I was satisfied with my decision to go through with it and I am empowered after I saw my immediate results. To be honest, when you get fillers the first time it can be scary and there are a lot of emotions, especially since its your face! I saw the immediate results, which improved as days went on and the swelling went down. The Botox took a few days to start to kick in and now that its been months, I see the wrinkles coming back and I am about to call and get another appointment to be on regular "botox" schedule, I love the look so much.
The botox also stopped my turrets and ticks that I would do with my face, another thing I have struggled with my whole life. My fears and insecurities are minimal now. Looks are not everything and like I said we all have our own insecurities, but these minor treatments have helped me gain confidence and trust in the aesthetic industry and Dr. Emer, plus his team. These are probably issues people don’t think of when it comes to cosmetics but it truly changed my day to day life.
I will be back in the office regulrarely. Not only is Dr. Emer great at what he does, his staff, the office ambiance is one of a kind. They take care of you no matter the circumstance. I also was working with a budget that they customized for me so I could get the majority of what I wanted at a resonable price. Dr Emer and his team are more expensive than most locations across the country but you are paying for expertise, skill, and a team that cares. Also, they are pretty much avaialbe to you as needed through email to his "concierge cooordinators’. I dont know any other practices that have that including free online consultations for skincare which I have referred numerous friends to his skincare website emeragecosmetics.com so they can get medical grade products, free consults, and do not even have to go to his office.
Lastly, I chose to start Dr Emer’s “treatment plan” and now I am on schedule for regular facials and skincare daily. I realized at his office my skin was damaged from being outside and playing sports. I often did not have time to wear suncreeen (nor did I think about it). His new AERIFY peel kit (which is being released online shortly) was used on me before it came out and it has relieved a fait amount of sun damage and blemishes. People are telling me I have never looked better and are amazed by the results in my jawline and lip due to filler. I honestly can’t stop taking photos of myself. That is how good the results are (I will post before and after pictures so you all can see!) I was not expecting this one treatment to change my life in these ways. Health is the real wealth here and I am feeling very wealthy due to my experiences in Dr. Emer’s office. Anyone with doubt over the "good" in the aesthetic industry, especially with people looking over done and "plastic" in Los Angeles and on instagram, I highly suggest going to see Dr. Emer.
