An update - after being diagnosed with cellulitis due to Deb Tri's injections I was put on a strong regime of antibiotics. I never received one penny back from this highly unethical, unprofessional and incompetent "health care provider" (I use this term sarcastically given what she did to my face). My face healed, but I still have "lumps" of product which Deb Tri injected under my skin, and I pray that over time the product (god knows what it it) will dissolve. Additionally, Deb Tri never provided me with my medical records so I literally have no idea what is in my face. This was a catastrophic experience, and the fact it has affected my face has been traumatic to say the least. I've had injectable fillers many times in the past ONLY from board certified physicians (specifically specializing in Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery), and I've never had one problem. If I had only known about this woman's reputation, and that she was ONLY an ARPN I would have never gone to her for service. I trusted a "friend" that I met in yoga who told me that Deb was "great," and I can't understand why she met me at this appointment, and received a PRP treatment unless she got a discount for referring me (which is what I suspect happened as her bill was $750, and my bill was $5000!!!). I found out after all this happened that my "friend" was very aware that Deb Tri had a lot of bad reviews, and had many prior complaints lodged against her (yet my "friend" recommended her, and allowed her to do a service on her knowing this - it just doesn't make sense - obviously I no longer speak to this woman). I can't prove that my so called "friend" got a kick back so this is only a supposition on my part. What I can say is Deb Tri, as evidenced by even her response to me on this site, and her actions is the worse practitioner of any "medical service" I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Lastly, I want to thank all of the kind people that responded to my numerous posts. It is heartwarming to see that perfect strangers can offer kindness and solace to someone that has been harmed. I will be forever grateful to the support I was offered on this site. I hope that my exposing my face, and information, that I can prevent Deb Tri at Simplicity MedSpa from injuring any future patients. I would not wish the outcome I had on my face on my worst enemy. I guess the old saying "buyer beware" truly applies in this case. Again, thank you to everyone that has replied for their support and kindness.

The police told me if I do it is harassment . They told me to go to a lawyer but nobody will take these cases . I didn’t even sign for filler in my face either. It took 3 months and no dr would help me because they didn’t want the problem. I finally gave a fake name after hours , and called the medical director in another city! He dissolved twice but there’s clearly still some sort of filler in my face. I went to another surgeon and he won’t get involved to help. So I have an messed up face and I cry every day . I used to be a model. Margori pretti from spa bellissa did it on purpose obviously . I’m glad your getting better. I wish you all the good vibes that you will soon be yourself ❤️

You know I have been thinking about you and the fact that she call the police, my thoughts are that she knows somebody in the police dpt and they came and just scare you, because what will be the charge .. posting your reviews ? in that case everyone here will have a visit from the police. If I were you I will keep going and they come and charge you with what Freedom of Speech" yeah go ahead, do not be intimidated keep going. or take her to small claims court, file a complain where ever you are able. I can believed that the law will protect this kind Doctors, I am pretty sure that people will remember what was said in this web side and will not make any appoitments with this Doctor, and if someone ask me I will say she is the worst, and to be aware, please don't worry people will remember, I hope you get better.

Thank you for your support . I will post . I never even had a ticket in my life , so it was very scared to have police at my home to tell me this . I tried to call so many lawyers and doctor appointments. No body want to get involved to fix my face. They don’t know what’s in it . I’m going to try to ask a doctor to biopsy so I know . I hope you get better very soon. Thank you for responding. I’m devastated and I don’t go any where it’s just too much . I feel like my face was in a bad car accident . I wanted to offer my support after you responded to my pictures and posts. I'm so sorry you're suffering. It is NOT against any law state, or federal, to post the truth about someone so I don't know who came to your home and said they were the police, but you have every legal right under the US Constitution to say the truth (you can only be sued for libel or slander if you lie about someone. Your right to speak, or write, the truth is guaranteed under our Constitution). I hope you feel better soon as I understand how horrible it is to have an unethical and unqualified charlatan cause damage to your face. I offer you my prayers and support. Please post about this woman as you have every legal right to do so, and prevent her from hurting other's the way she hurt you. I wish you a speedy recovery.

Thank you so much. I’ve felt so alone. I can’t even find a board certified facial plastic surgeon who is willing to help me . They keep saying go to the medical director , which I finally did get ahold of 3 months later. As he would not answer my calls. He dissolved twice , but is unwilling to try to dissolve any more. So now? I look un even and my eyes look terrible as well as my face . I hope I can find a Dr that will care to help me. So far nobody wants to.. so upsetting to ask for help from a dr and suffering clearly . To be told they don’t want me to become there problem :(. I don’t understand . Thank you for writing. I will continue to post about Margori Pretti of falmouth ma who injected me with something that was not botox.

Hi is me again I have been thinking that should write a letter of complain to BBB and research if this nurse is actually a nurse and file a complain there as well and file, fine the places you can send this letters as to let this places know what happened, according to the law you have the right to know the lot no. of the product she put, I will put this in the letter as that she denied you that. and star seeking to be treat abroad, and a singer that is famous in Mexico is being treated for something this charlatan put on her I will research his name if you want me to.

Typo Error in my last update -Clarification Needed...
Correction - I stated that Debra Tri said she'd give me 1/2 my money back if I removed all my TRUTHFUL reviews from Real Self, Google, Yelp, Sitejabber, and other's. I meant to say that I could NOT live with myself if I took down my reviews, and other patients of Debra Tri's had an experience like mine. I wanted to clarify this as I have refused to allow her to use money to get me to remove honest reviews as I believe women have the right to know what they're getting into when having an elective procedure. If Debra Tri had done the right thing, apologized, been accountable, and returned my money, or sought to work with me none of this would have happened, but that's not how she reacted. Please go to Google or Yelp to see some of her more aggressive responses.

Happened to me at Belinda spa Jan 12 2019. I signed nothing for filler in my face. I ask for Botox. And only lip fixed slightly on side , ( corner turns down ) Margori Hetti the injector who put filler under my eye and went needle crazy on my forehead eyes and hit something that bruised and two months later still black eye , going to Boston it’s so bad under my eye ...and said it was Botox ! I never had Botox all over the forehead or under eyes ever. Only at the 11 s . Iam very sick with infection and sorry if my sentences roll together. I’m ready to call an ambulance if I can’t mske it to see dr in Boston . I’m allergic to bees so they say here in my small town they can’t dissolve it . I’m stuck with an infection and no help for 2 months ! The spa refused my calls and the marjori Hetti rn ? Blocked me when I had a problem

Also it’s bellissa spa. The owner vera also blocked my calls , dr Russo who was suppose to be there was not ! I was lied to. I don’t know what she put in my face but antibiotics are not helping just keeping infection at bay. I think it’s gone into my system. The dr Russo was in newton. He never answered my call and he was the one who this injector was working off his credentials ! My face is blue red and my eyes have been black all around them my forehead is swelling more and more. I m calling a lawyer if I ever get better signed nothing for filler into my face.

It’s really so awful that this is happening to you. It’s bad enuf to have money involved, but when it comes to your appearance, our FACES, it is another thing entirely. I am seriously considering facial fillers, but when I read about things like this, I am just not sure any risk is worth it.
I hope you can be made whole again. I hope you get the money which i believe was effectively stolen from you. But most of all, I hope you can correct what this person did to your very attractive face. Please keep us posted here, it’s important to know how these situations are settled.

Do not do fillers . There are many lasers ect to help with appearances . Fillers are bad even in the hands of experienced Drs. Read Read Read . ❤️

Thank you for responding to my post - here's the irony I'm married to a physician, and his ex-partner (now retired) was a Board Certified Plastic/Reconstructive Surgeon. I'm well aware of all of the possible problems one can have with any procedure, but that said, I've used injectables for years and never had a problem until this experience. Again thank you for your post.

Two Weeks After Procedure/Request for Medical Records Never Provided/No HIPAA FORM SIGNED AT TIME OF SERVICE
Ms. Debra Tri has gone to every site where I posted an honest review devastated that my face looks horrible. She has posted passive/aggressive responses, and did exactly what she does to other patients denies she did anything wrong, or blames the patient. She adds insult to injury, and to make matters worst she has kept the $5000 she charged me to do this to my face. See the excerpt from her email where she says she will give me 1/2 my money back if I take down my truthful reviews. Well she can try and keep my money, but I would to be able to live with myself if this happened to another woman so my reviews will remain, and we'll see if she keeps all my money. Additionally, by law she has to provide me with my medical records I've requested them in writing 3 times, and she has not sent them. She did send a letter wanting me to "sign away my life - ha," plus charge me MONEY (isn't $5000 enough) for my own medical records. I will have one of my physicians request them, and it is illegal to charge another physician for access to a patient's medical records. Additionally, in violation of the law she did NOT HAVE ME SIGN A HIPAA FORM. Please see the many bad reviews she has on Yelp, Google, Sitejabber, Real Self and the list goes on and on. She has been damaging women for many years, and it is time she is stopped in my opinion. Please, please if you are considering going to Simplicity Medspa do your due diligence and look up all the reviews on Debra Tri as there are some really shocking things that have happened to her patients - and they are all posted on the internet. Wish me luck that my face heals, and thank you for your support. The women in the Real Self community have been kind and compassionate as it's very hard to have your face look like this it takes a serious toll on your self-esteem.

well I am a man . and I wish to get these treatments done too. I am 34 years old and want to look good.. if I had something like this done by deb tri, god ---- she would see my wrath .... forget god's wrath. I would not tolerate this happening to my face . she clearly is getting her stuff from cheap places to save costs and mint money

OMG I am just so sorry you had to go through all of this at the hands of someone who was definitely not qualified or educated. I hate to think how many women she has hurt & damaged. She really should be charged & jailed. A fine is not enough. I hope you have recovered & the fillers or whatever the heck it was injected into your face has had time to dissolve. $5000 is a heck of a lot to charge for fillers if you ask me. You have helped many women by posting your story & are brave enough to also post pictures of what this “person” did to you. There are so many horror stories like this on the news & on TV. Thank you for your honesty & bravery. We all are trying to age gracefully & she stole this away from you. You are beautiful & when you heal, another BOARD CERTIFIED DOCTOR will give you back your lovely face.

You could your attorney write a letter to her, by law you have the rights to your medical records , I am so sorry for what she did to you, this is horrible malpractice, how can she sleep at night knowing all the damage and pain ( physical and emotional) she has caused? Stay strong , I can only imagine the agony of going through this.
later . I still feel it . I almost lost my eye ! The nurse blocked my calls , so did the spa bellissa . It’s been 5 months . I don’t go anywhere. My eyes my face. My forehead. I look and cry. They say two years ! Before any one will touch my face to fix it .. the injector actually called the PD and said I was harassing her ! I text her to ask for medical records , she blocked my number, I was begging for help . I will never forget this. I have nightmares of her staring over me as she attacked me with a needle and caused a huge problem with my trigiminal nerve and vessel . I’m struggling every day
