This is how it looks like when taken up-close, a truly disastrous device, still no improvements after 4 years from the last procedure with Infini RF. I am now trying Ultrapulse CO2 Laser, hoping it could help remodel the acne scars.

About 4 years now since I had Infini RF Microneedling, skin is nowhere getting better, tried everything there is to reverse the damage but the deep acne scars are still there and are severely discolored, feel so hopeless, wish I could turn back the time and avoid the clinic which ruins my face

After two sessions of Infini RF last 2019, dark and red pigmentations ensue, scars became more visible. In spite of several Picosure and Vbeam lasers, my skin is not getting better, foundation does not cover up the pigments.

Thats worrying because I have a treatment of this that I paid for before Covid I will have to use.

That's unfortunate that you've developed dark or red pigmentation- that happened to me when I did Fraxel, it made me have like a "Fraxel beard" looking like type thing on my face....red around the areas where they did treatment....but it faded about 8 months later. I have to say though pigmentation aside, your scars actually do look like they have improved quite a bit.

Sorry you had bad experiences with your treatments. Can you provide the clinic where you had these performed?

You have developed PIHP, from a perceived injury to the skin. What's really ironic is that this procedure is touted as something that can help PIHP, yet it often causes it more than it helps it. I'm sorry this happened to you. I would stop with Paul high energy devices and allow your skin to heal and then begin topical hydroquinone that is not compounded with retinols or hydrocortisone. Take care.
