Goodbye lipstick and hello summer fresh natural lips - yay

I have never hated my lips I quite like them but had fillets three years ago and wanted something less plumpy. Anyway a friend showed me some pics of lip tattoos and I thought it looked really lovely and natural, so you don’t have to wear lipstick or liner to have definition.
There was a discount attached so I booked immediately as an impulse and was a bit nervous coming up to the appt.
I went to Inez salon in Melbourne and Montana did my tattoo. She was amazing. Spoke me through the entire process and asked what my concerns and desires were. I had numbing cream applied so the pain was minimized and I absolutely love the results
They will fade 50% as they are a little dark still but I do like how the shape and color is and can imagine it softening in the next few days
My lips aren’t sore, just dry and I’m applying hydrating cream that I was given.
I will go for a touch up session in six weeks but I’m pretty happy and I’m thinking about possibly doing brows soon.
