I went to Dr. Eppley because his website seemed to indicate that he had knowledge of ethnic nose and had great photos posted on the site. Unfortunately, I wish I had never gone to him for surgery and sought out someone more experienced with ethnic nose. I had rhinoplasty done elsewhere and wanted the implant removed because it had deviated and the height of the implant caused me to have too much nostril show. I wanted to correct these issues while also making the height of my right nostril the same as my left. None of my concerns were addressed in surgery. Instead, my nose looks terribly distorted. My nostrils are grossly asymmetrical. Everyone still has a view up my nose. Not to mention the suture work left me with horrific hypertrophic scars. While Dr. Eppley has great bedside manner, I cannot with good conscience recommend him to perform primary or revision rhinoplasty on people of ethnic background. He left me in worse shape than when I came into his office.

Your nose looks perfect to me. And that is perhaps not what you want to hear / rather an agreement that your doc got it wrong. He didn't. It's pretty, cute, and looks natural. When I read your comments (before seeing your photos) I expected to see a disaster. In fact the opposite is true. But that's just my opinion.

Does not look natural. My nostrils are completely asymmetrical and from the front view, one sits higher than the other. Everyone that has seen it in person agrees that he botched the nose job.

Do you not see that her nose is (still) asymmetrical? One side is clearly higher than the other.

What sort of implant and grafting did he put in your nose?
