Performed forehead bone reshaping: results are amazing, the whole process is very smooth and transparent. Large amount of bone was removed, some of it was reshaped and put back. This way not only sinus size was reduced, but also brow bone on the sides and along orbits was made smoother.
Recovery was very quick - I was able to return to work 2 weeks after the procedure. Will write an update few weeks later when results are finalized. The price range is also better that many other doctors I talked to.
Would recommend. Also would advice to get a 3D CT scan to make the consultation more productive and results more predictable.

Thanks for sharing Alex. I've been considering the same surgery for awhile now. The after pic on that link looks computer generated. Is it? Its been really hard to figure out what's real. Dr. Eppley has some bad reviews but all doc's do. How did you decide what doctor to use?
Not CG - just some post-surgery swelling.

I chose Dr. Eppley b/c:
1. He was willing to do osteotomy (i.e. cut off and reshape the whole thing) - most doctors would just offer to fill in above the bone, which would look awful IMO.
2. He had documented proof on his website that he performed this procedure before. He also published detailed steps and photos.
3. He's relatively tech savvy and science-oriented based on his blog and patient Q&As. This is uncommon among surgeons, and I'm more comfortable working with such person.
4. Video consultation was valuable.
