Thank you for sharing your pictures. I think many women in the community can relate to post baby breasts. ;)  Glad to hear you took it easy on the couch and that the pain is starting to subside with the massaging. Congratulations...you look great!

I am scheduled with Dr. Zollman for June 24, as its the only time I can take from work. I am debating on 375 - 400cc saline under. I would like to be a large C to small D. I am really interested in your experience and your healing process. There are not a lot of reviews for the Zollman Surgery Center on RS, so I would to hear from all who have had surgeries with him.

I originally decided on 350 cc's but Amy told me when they sat me up to see how that would look that I wouldn't have liked it and went too 400 cc's. Oh and before I go on, my surgery date was the one year anniversary of my mom's passing. I started to cry in the operating room. Amy held my hands until I was out.

So my surgery went just fine. I got to the hospital and checked in. I was taken back, weighed, blood pressure checked, answered a few questions, got in my gown and pressure socks, got i.v. started and then my husband was allowed back with me. The anesthesiologist met with me before hand and was super nice. Dr zollman came in marked me up and it was go time!

Woke up in recovery bawling...I still don't know why lol. No pain. Had on bra and wrapped ace bandage. Was given a muscle relaxer and duladid in surgery. Felt no pain, but had a hard time sitting up lol. That was the first time I had a muscle relaxer. Hubs helped me get dressed and I was wheeled out to the car. I took pj bottoms and a pillow with me for the car ride home. I slept off and on all the way home.

The duladid made me sick, but, I don't tolerate pain meds very well at all, so I'm not surprised. I felt suck and my cousin swore by the prescribed anti naseau suppositoris Dr Zollman prescribed. Omg, within a half an hour I felt great! Those suppositories are a must have!

The night of my surgery I thought I messed up my incision and Dr Zollman called me back that night to talk to me. Everything was fine.

At my follow up, Linda showed me how to massage and took pictures. Dr zollman came in said everything looked like it should 5 days post op. Amy had told me not to pull the glue off my incisions but you let them come off on there own.

My healing process is going. I'm 3 weeks out as of yesterday. Left seems to be dropping more than the right, but, I'm right handed snd Amy said a lot of times the dominant side drops slower.

At the two week mark I frlt like I had razor burn in my armpits, down my chest to my areolas. I thought it was dry skin but it's nerves stretching. It's no fun but it's better than the alternative which is felling numb. The razor burn (or sunburn) feeling is going away. I now have hypersensitive nipples. Like NOTHING can touch them. This too is caused by nerves being stretched from the implant and will get better. I've been massaging my side boob area and ribs and that helps. Also when I had the sunburn feeling, I would let the shower water run over it. It really hurt at first getting under the water but then would feel better. It's annoying but doable.

I did have a teeny time incision separation. Called the office and Linda said I coukd use steri strips on it. I posted a pic and asked Dr's on here if it needed it and some said yes, but most said with or without it, within a year it will be all fine. So I decided not to steri strip it, especially with my nipples and areolas hurting.

I slept a lot the first couple days. Between the pain meds and anti naseau I couldn't stay awake. Fell asleep eating twice lol. Slept in the recliner or couch most of the first week. Propped myself up in bed and slept on my back most of the second week. Started side sleeping as best I could that week too. It was a little uncomfortable due to feeling boobs touching or hanging....I'm not used to that. I'm used to them laying on the bed next to me in a puddle.

I showered day 2 by myself but didn't wash my hair. Did ok. Pumping bottles for body wash hurt. Day 5 when I showered I washed my hair, dressed, did hair and make up and went to post op appt. Afterwards, went shopping and was hurting. Probably over did it but, I felt so much better the next day. I think the walking helped me to feel better. By day ten I had cooked a little, light housework and laundry. Waited until day 13 to vacuum and that was fine.

So as of now, I feel great minus the hypersensitive nerve issues. I'm not feeling my boobs all the time like I was when I first got them. Still have some side boob issues while I wait for them to drop which makes armpit shaving really hard if not impossible lol.

Sorry if this is all over the place. But overall I'm healing well, ready for my nipples to stop being angry at me and ready to see the final results and bra shopping.

I hope I answered everything. If not, ask away! I will tell you anything you want to know!

I got to my 2nd post op the 20th.

Oh I need to tell you I didn't take too pay pain pills. Wasn't in much pain. I did use frozen veggies the first night for swelling. I was also given valium that I took at night. Day 2 I only took pain pills once. The muscle pain is no fun. Think 1,000 push ups. It gets better.

Your kidding right? That's great! I bought 4 large soft gel ice pack from CVS to rotate. Have you used anything like Arnica or Bio Oil while doing the massages?

I can't thank you enough! As you know some many emotions take over you while your going through this process as I am sure your still dealing with. I have waited 15 years to go through with this. I am a small 34 A and have never been any bigger except during pregnancy and breast feeding, then they disappeared again! :( I have much less breast tissue than your pre op photo but I do have good elasticity to my skin. The fact that I have to wait so long before I have surgery is just torture, but I will have two weeks to recover and my husband has the same time off too. Not real crazy about letting him wash my hair, since its kind of long and I don't normally use conditioner and I will have to if he's going to comb through my hair lol! I'm really excited to have this done and nervous all at the same time.

Being put under usually makes me sick and they will have to give Zofran to help with that and Dr. said no problem. I am so relieved to hear that your personal experience with Dr. Zollman, Amy, and Linda have all been positive. I felt really good at my consultation and when I called to ask a few more questions Amy was great and answered everything that I needed. I have also corresponded through email with Linda about different sizes. and she's has been great too! I find Dr. Zollman funny and I like his demeanor as well, made my feel at ease.

I have to say this site has definitely helped me with mentally preparing myself for what post op will be like, but I was really hoping to hear from those who have used the same Dr. So thank you REALLY! It helps a lot! Picture are great when you want to see the end results, but they can't relay what the journey was like. I have been reading about all the things that I might need for after words. Do you have any advice? I don't want go over board if it isn't necessary. Do they give you a bra to wear after surgery and do you have to wear that strap thing that I keep seeing here on RS? There are so many different recommendations its kind of overwhelming.

Don't worry about being all of the place because thats exactly how I have felt since I made my deposit and scheduled the surgery. Ok, looping back to medicine, did you get your scripts ahead of time or after surgery? I didn't even think about pjs or taking a blanket for ride home, guess I won't be doing anything but sleeping for a while anyway : )

I'm glad that your healing nicely and the experience has been positive! I really appreciate your feedback! Thanks again : )

2 months post op....not happy

2 months in and my boobs look like two different people's boobs. I know I had asymetrical boobs to begin with, but, I was told I did not need a lift on my left breast and was promised great boobs. I'm hoping in the weeks to come the right softens more as its not as soft as the left. I'm happy I have boobs, I just wish they looked better.

Hello thank you for sharing your story. If you don't mind me asking did it ever soften so they looked the same? Or did you had to go back to get a lift?
