I don't  want to look fake but I also don't want to regret not going a little larger.full c small d would look nice, I think. Also, hoping that not getting a lift is going to look ok. I don't want the scar. Doctor did I can always do that in office if I decide I'm ok w the scar.

Just some boobs.

I noticed today that my incision felt a little itchy, so I took my silicon tape off (I rotate the strips each day when I shower) to find what appear to be little pimples along one of my incisions. I've read about "spitting stitches" but I'm not sure this is that. They're not exactly on the incision, and I'm thinking they may just belittle pimples from wearing the tape nearly 24/7. Any thoughts?
