5 year post op. The tummy is still flat! ????
Wow i can't believe it has been 5 years today I had my surgery. I continue to eat pretty healthy although sometimes I treat myself and I still workout at least 3 days a week. I have decided this will be my last update for awhile.
If I remember I will update on my 10 year post op date. February 28, 2022.
I'm still very happy with the my decision to have this procedure done. I love being on the flat side!

4 years Later!!!
Wow can't believe it's been 4 years. This past year I didn't workout as much as in the past. Injured my upper back. At the end of the year I started again but decided I'm not stressing my body out by working out 5-6 days a week. Today I'm at age 56 I'm 132 pounds and 5'8" tall. I just started working with a new Dr who says my thyroid is too hyper so who knows what's going to happen with my weight once that gets slowed down. Hopefully not a lot! I'll just continue to eat right and exercise. I still have no regrets getting the tummy tuck. My scars are much lighter and the area where the old belly button is isn't indented as bad as it was before. Still very happy with the results!!!

I can't believe three years have past since I had surgery. I workout almost daily and watch my diet. When I do put on weight it seems to go to the flank area now instead of the stomach. My scar is very faint except in the center where the old belly button was. It has a pretty deep indentation. The surgeon said it's that way because it had no fat behind it. Day of surgery I weighed 138. Today I'm at 136. Life is great and I'm still extremely happy I did this!!

Dr's name is Patrick Joseph Viscardi. I was so scared going into this but knew I wanted it so bad. Everyone at the centre pc put all my fears at ease. Surgery was just a few days ago but so far all I have been through before during and after surgery I would not think twice about doing it all over again. I called so many times asking questions before surgery and my call was always returned. Great Doctor and staff!
