Incredible Surgeon in Complex Septal Repair, Rhinoplasty, and Chin Augmentation

If I could give Dr. Mehta more than five stars, I would. Dr. Mehta is not just a cosmetic surgeon — he is a true medical specialist in nasal reconstruction.
My case was not simple. I had a very large septal perforation — so significant that another surgeon in the area told me it was too large to repair. In 2020, Dr. Mehta performed a complex septal perforation repair along with cosmetic rhinoplasty to correct my crooked shape and a prominent bone. The surgery lasted nearly 10 hours. My septum has remained 100% intact and healed since then — with no perforation, even years later. Functionally and cosmetically, the results exceeded my expectations.
In 2023, I returned to Dr. Mehta for a chin augmentation. Once again, I am extremely happy with my results. His aesthetic judgment is refined, balanced, and natural.
Since moving to the east coast, I still return annually for follow-ups. He has also gone out of his way to connect me with specialists in Boston for medical needs outside his scope, which I’ve been incredibly grateful for.
