Just Getting Serious

I've been lurking on real self for bout a year now reading reviews and learning from you guys. I just recently had liposuction done the end of March and am now interested in getting a BA which I should have done first, but no regrets loving my new shape. Any way my stats are as follows.
I'm 5"7
150 pounds
And and I'm currently a 34A
I plan on having my surgery early next year and have been saving up money, researching doctors, and scheduling a few consultations. Initially after reading reviews and looking on YouTube I had already had in mind that I was interested in 425-450cc and preferred saline. Saline was my first choice for 3 reasons.
1. it's saltwater and my body can absorb it if a rupture occurs.
2. I'll know if a rupture occurs and not have to pay for a pricey MR I to find out.
3. Because silicone was taken off the market and then put back.

I recently had my first initial consultation with Dr. TattleBaum in Rockville MD on May 27th. He seemed to be very knowledgeable but I felt he was bias and was pushing silicone on me. There were draws full of implants for sizing and a basket he used for demonstration however he had not 1 saline implant to show me. Saying it walked away. He had one saline shell that he said the saline must have evaporated but said this is how it would feel like a balloon with water. He also explained to me that coming from my size to my desired look I might have rippling because of such little breastfeeding tissue, and that silicone would be less likely to ripple. Taking all that into consideration I'm now not sure, silicone or saline which is best for me. And plan to see other doctors for consultation to see if I hear the same things.
I'm going for a somewhat natural full look I do not like the round look or the look where they sit up really high. Which he also informed going with saline was probably not the best choice for me.
I now have an appt. Scheduled with Dr. Widder in VA on Friday who only does saline implants and his pictures appear that you can be small as I am and still get a natural look with saline. The fact that he only does saline also makes me feel at ease. I don't plan on sharing what Dr. TattleBaum told me out of curiosity of if he'll be saying the same things.
I'll also try uploading some wish pics of breasts I like as far as shape not necessarily the size. Also just wanted to state it's nothing wrong with round perky breasts this is just my opinion of what I like, and what I feel will be right on my body.

Last time i was here i was having consultation with Dr. Widder in VA. My experience with him was very interesting and amusing. This was a while ago bare with me while i try to remember. Upon entering the office it was very nice furnished and clean. While waiting in the waiting area one of the assistants was on the phone explaing how: shell pray for her at church Sunday, Everything will be alright, and how she works at a hospis on weekends. This was kind of scary and a sign to me that this might not be the best place to have my life in someones hands. When i went into the back for my actual consultation i found Dr. Widder creepy. Idk why but i just got a strange vibe from him. Originally it was me my boyfriend and the dr. In the room. I had the longest exam i had experienced in all my consults and it was very awkward. Before he finished examining my breast he also suggested that i let him give me a chin and how it would make the spacing on my face more proportioned and it would be beautiful. He then went on to explain using my boyfriend how well proportioned his face is. Meanwhile im still standing topless through out all this. The door swings open no knock or anything and incomes his assistant. At this point im just in amazement and thinking am im on a reality show idk rather to laugh or run the office is crazy. Dr. Widder then shows me the assistants chin which he had done. However mind you all im there for breast not a chin. The assistant goes on talking bout the weather that day it was raining. Upon leaving they quoted me a price and that was that. So on to the next i didnt feel i could trust them with my body. However later on in the year they did call me about 3x to see if i was still interested. One of the times they even asked if i wanted to come have my work done within 2 days because whoever was supposed ro come didnt get there blood work in time. At that point i knew i had made the right decision to go some where else. They knew nothing bout my health bg or my blood work either so how could they have offered me an appt that soon.....?....

So bringing everyone up to date i went to NY to Doctors Plastic Surgery for a consult. Mind you i live in DC so its a four hour bus ride. When i scheduled my appt i specifically told them i wanted to see Dr. Desai and i also informed them im traveling from DC so i needed to get this right on the first try. However midway through my bus ride they called me and told me that Dr. Desai was not in and i had been scheduled wrong. That icould reschedule...... Or see the doctor who is there. I was pissed and at this point im like im already On my way so i guess go see if the office is clean see how the staff is get a feel for the place ask all my questions etc. since im half way there cant turn around, had taken off work, and thats all i was going to ny for. When i got there i saw Dr. Blaine she seems really cool down to earth bery straight forward and she seems genuine to me. She answered all my questions i went home did some research and let my excitement where off a little called back and i booked a date!!!!
