Immediately Booked After Rhinoplasty Consultation

The review is only for consultation so far. I have wanted a nose job for as long as I remember but wanted to wait until I found a dr I was 100% comfortable with. I am asian and was initially looking for an dr that specializes in asian noses but did not like the 2 I saw. I was going to meet with another dr after meeting with Dr. Liotta but canceled right after the consult. I knew right away Dr. Liotta was the right dr for me and called to reserve a surgery date the next day.
She made me feel really comfortable and made me feel confident she was going to give me my dream nose. Unlike previous drs she has an imaging of what my nose would look like after and we had the exact same idea. She also gave me her personal # for any questions/concerns and said to reach out anytime. The other things I liked was that the anesthesiologists for the surgery were doctors as well and will be there the entire surgery.
After the consult, I received a rhinoplasty book with instructions for care before, during, and after, including a long list medicines/vitamins to avoid before and after. Some of the drs I met were too nonchalant about surgery, but for me this is a huge decision and I had a lot of worries. After speaking with Dr Liotta and reading through the guide I felt more at ease and confident I am choosing the right doctor. My surgery is at the end of April and I am super excited!

I had my surgery two days ago and am surprised by how easy the process is.

Dr Liotta and her team are great. They sensed that I was getting a little nervous before the surgery and made jokes to lighten the mood. They put the anesthesia in my arm and I feel asleep almost immediately. I woke up after and was laying next to a nurse with a cast on my face. It felt so quick but it was actually almost 4 hours later. I got a little nauseous afterwards, but felt better after taking the anti-nausea medicine. So far, I have very little pain and have not taken any pain medicine.

I had trouble sleeping on the first night and was very uncomfortable. The second night, I was able to sleep throughout the night and relax most of the day. I followed all of Dr. Liotta's instructions and have very little bleeding and no bruising. I can even breathe a little through my nostrils. Dr. Liotta checked in on me that night and the next day and sent instructions to clean my nose.

So far, it has been a relatively easy and painless process and I am very happy with Dr. Liotta's bedside manner and her team.

I am almost 3 weeks post op and I am obsessed with my new nose. I was actually so surprised when I got my cast off that my nose looked so good. I have thick skin and was expecting the worst when I got my cast removal because of hearing about others’ rhinoplasty experience with thick skin; but, I was so happy and noticed a huge improvement right away. I had a higher bridge, a more projected tip, and overall smaller nose even when extremely swollen, which was everything I asked for.

Everyday my nose gets better and I can’t stop looking at it in the mirror. I am so happy. I had such high expectations for my new nose and rhinoplasty experience and Dr. Liotta managed to exceed all of them. All of my family and friends were shocked that I had surgery because it looks so natural.

I recommend Dr. Liotta and her team to anyone interested in rhinoplasty. It was such a smooth and easy experience. I had no pain and Dr Liotta and her team checked in with my regularly. She is truly an expert and has an incredible eye for aesthetics and beauty.
