Bbl Revision
October 6th I’m going for Bbl Revision with Dr. Stover as she is an official Plastic Surgeon. My first bbl surgery was with Dr. Valls. I felt like I look good with clothes on but not at my best naked. A lot of my stomach lipo was uneven. I still have a pocket of fat around my waist that did not go away even with cavitation and massages. So I’m hoping Dr. Stover can improve my results and fix the botchiness.
14 days post op
Taking care of yourself is key to the healing process. A good healthy eating habit especially eating foods that help with inflammation strawberry, broccoli, blueberries, ginger Tea etc. And a whole Lotta water... No juice, no soda, or alcohol. Swelling has gone down tremendously in just a few days:)
10 days post op still swollen, lumpy and bumpy....
10 days post op still swollen, lumpy and bumpy. Its normal just gotta be patient, drink lots of water and self massages have been helping. I started my 1st lymphatic massage after 7 days it hurt like a [RS bleep] but I was able to move better by the next day. I massage swollen areas after I shower when there more tender. Its been helping. I feel not as hard and stiff as I was a few days ago. I wear my compression garment 24hours a day besides when I have to shower. Try Not to lift anything heavy I picked up my 2yr old after a few days of surgery and by nightfall I had the only inflammation in my tummy. :( I live out of town.. So gonna have to wait til I hit my 3 weeks to go see Dr. Valls but so far so good finally feel a little bit normal since I'm off my meds. They can have you feel loopy and drained. Just sharing my own experience, will post some more pics after 3-4 weeks post op.
Provider Review
I give him a 3 cause he didn’t take time to listen what I really wanted. I felt rushed. And my Lipo is uneven.
