So, after taking my 5 month post-op pictures, I noticed my left butt cheek was drastically larger than the one on the right. I contacted Spectrum yesterday and sent them a few pictures and a video. Today, I received an email, stating approval for a revision had been granted. Dr. Ortega has agreed to take fat out of my left cheek and put it in the right cheek to make them even or at least more even. However, I responded asking him to take fat out of my stomach area and just make the right cheek larger. I will keep you posted regarding his response.

Dr. Ortega performed my BBL on 6/19/17. I am now 19 days post-op, doing well, and looking awesome! My experience at Spectrum was great up until the day of my final post-op visit. I waited for several hour for Dr. Ortega to see me and it didn't happen. I ended up having to see his PA, supposedly. So, I left Miami without any information about my surgery, which was extremely disappointing. I understand the nature of the business, but it's not good to treat patients like they're at a chop shop..."Once you're chopped, our priority is to get to the next chop, not to see how well we chopped you." This is definitely something management needs to rectify. Nevertheless, I was very pleased with the surgery. Nevertheless, I think Dr. Ortega's a great doctor...And Gloria, the Masseuse, is a lifesafer!

Thanks, Doll....I'm adjusting...Lol! Most days I'm in love with it and some, not so much. It's really hard to maintain. You literally have to eat and feed your booty!!

18 weeks post-op

Well, it's gone down a lot, but still there is a big difference from pre-op. I'm noticing more lumpiness since the swelling has subsided...I don't like that. I'm wondering if it I should start getting deep tissue massages to help smooth the fat out. Also, I have loss a few pounds as well. So, that may have impacted it some. Any suggestions?
