In your 30's casual decisions you made in your teens/twenties tend to look a whole lot different, and that's IF you can see them. Point in case my "tramp stamp". I never really see it, I honestly forgot about it. So it didn't exactly bother me. Until one too many of my business accounts and/or coworkers asked me "You have a tramp stamp?!" Hearing it one too many times (worst name/label EVER!) I knew I had to do something-this is not the image I want people having of me. I am very familiar with Laser Tattoo Removal, I had tried it once on a separate tattoo. It hurt way too much, and I burned and blistered-At that level I said "screw it" ill keep the Tattoo. The horror stories of burns, scars and health affects that the lasers can/could cause while pushing the ink into my lymphatic system was too much for me. I came across Tatt2Away which claimed to be a "non-laser" form of Tattoo removal. Tatt2Away is said to pull the ink OUT rather than push the ink IN. After researching the process and a reputable location I was willing to try. So far I have gone to my initial consultation and received a "trial treatment". I went to IMAGE MD Medical Weight Loss and Aesthetics, I worked with Crystal initially to evaluate a treatment plan for me. I was quoted 3 to 4 treatments would be necessary (SO much shorter than laser) and they would cost $350 each. From there Dr Seder told me he wanted to make sure I responded well and I was comfortable with the procedure. He did a few small circles over a small portion of my tattoo reassuring me if I was not comfortable it wouldn't be hard to re-touch up. (I REALLY appreciated his very honest and upfront approach. I felt very at ease and comfortable with the whole process-Dr Seder, the process, the treatment, the staff going above and beyond for me-everything was great. The treatment itself took about 5-10 minutes (They applied a numbing cream 30 minutes prior to treating) and basically it felt like i was again getting a very small Tattoo on my back but even less painful than the first time around. The needling system (looks like a pen) was used to "color" small circles over the area while infusing a solution call Teprsol into the ink. Apparently the Teprsol binds to the ink, purges the ink up and out of the body creating a small scab. When the scab heal and falls off there is to be no ink in the treated area. (They say they will never have to treat the same area twice) Once complete a bandage was put on and I was told to keep it dry, out of the sun and don't scratch it. For the most part, much like my tattoo, I forgot it was there. I noticed the scabs had formed pretty quickly and within 3-4 weeks had fallen off revealing little to no ink left behind-woo hoo! It worked! (As this was a trial treatment it was done lightly, Dr. Seder tells me we will be going deeper next treatment) Overall I am very pleased with the process, it was less costly, less painful and yielded results from the very first treatment. I cant wait to rid myself of this awful label. I will keep you guys posted on my treatment progress and I will be getting my next treatment soon :)

My patient care specialist and aesthetician was Crystal Rose and my doctor was Dr. Jeff Seder. I had met with Crystal first and she thoroughly explained everything to me and put me at ease. She gave me ample time to ask any questions I could think of (even the ridiculous ones) before reviewing pricing options with me. Crystal was great and really made me feel confident with the procedure. Dr Seder performed my procedure. Again I cant rave enough about the care and service I was provided. He was very kind and professional. I felt truly attended to. He explained about performing a trial treatment with me and gave me the option of what I would like to do next. When the treatment was complete I was able to walk right out as if nothing happened. Dr Seder had requested I monitor my progress with pictures and send them on a timely schedule in to ensure proper healing. (Its a bit of a drive for me to get over there) I received follow up care calls from Crystal and felt very looked after through out my healing process. Thank you IMAGE MD- It can be rare to find quality service AND quality treatments these days.
