Looking good doll do you wear the ab board and lumbar molder is it really necessary?
Do if you want to help with the swelling you can wear the ab board at night for more compression

Looking great as always chica , so what are you doing for exercises squats , jump kicks , lifting, cardio etc... ? I know I see a future six pack coming in now ;).
I will go back to the gym starting tomorrow, yes, I'm always on the squat machine and will go back to working to toning my arms and legs.
@Lovelyrose86 are you Able to sit yet ? if not when are cleared to sit without your booty pillow ?
Hey, yes I can sit now but I don't sit long he said six weeks after a couple weeks I can, he said whatever fat cells that was going to die they're already dead.
