So I am scheduled to have a BA with a periareolar lift on Thurs, Sept 6th. I have just recently found this site, and I have found it to be very helpful. I am 33, 5'9" 148 lbs. I have had 3 children, and 1 was at a very young age. My breasts have been saggy and streched out for 16 yrs now. I have wanted a BA for a very long time now. I went for a consult with a friend in April, and I left really wanting a BA. I talked to my mom, and she told me to go for it. I was worried about the money, and she said "you'll never have the money, and you really want this, so just do it". So I scheduled the procedure. Sept. seemed so far away. It's here now. Only three days away. I am super excited. I am also very nervous. I chose 475 cc saline implant to be placed under the muscle. My husband is overjoyed with the size I chose, but I'm feeling that it may be too big. I am active . I like to run and am worried big breasts will hinder that. I also don't want to look like a porn star. The nurse assured me that this would be ther right size for me, but I can't help but wonder. I will post pics as soon as I figure out how.

Just had my BA today. I have a good deal of discomfort. I'm counting down the minutes untill I can take my valium. Things went really today. My husband and kids have been wonderful. I am so thankful for their help. The rest of my family and friends have been super supportive. My 4 yr old daughter is sleeping on the couch, so I won't be alone,(so cute). The ice and shoulder/arm rolls help so much. Do you exercises laides. Also stay on a med schedule. Even if you hVe to set an alarm. Pics to come. I can't wait to sneak a peak tomorrow. Good luck to all upcomming booby recipients, and recovering goddesses.

I just peaked at the girls. They look humongous. I know the Dr. said they were at least 15% bigger than they would be when all was said and done. At first I thought he said 50%. I kinda freaked. Didn't sleep to well. I slept in 3 and a half hour increments. I don't think it was the pain though ( that was surprisingly tolerable). I just miss my big comfy bed. I took those compression socks off, because I've been moving around quite a bit. Maybe I'll sleep better now.

I've decided to swap a dose of norco for two tyelonol instead. I'm not sure that was a good idea yet. My right breast feels like it is on fire from the inside out. I have been keeping up on my exersizes, and have been feeling ok till now. Has anyone else had a set back on day 3? I have decided to go back to my original med schedule for now. I just felt like I was taking too much, but ohh this pain kinda sucks. Oh and I feel like my breasts are monstrously huge. They look great, minimal brusing, good shape, just HUGE!! I know its temporary, but WOW!

I went to my post op. Everything looks great so far. I was taught some implant displacement massage techniques. I gotta say, they don't feel great. I was given the go ahead to take a shower, that was wonderful. Today was my first day "alone". I did however have my four year old daughter to help take care of me. I think everything has gone great so far, and I really couldn't be happier. I do have a couple questions though. I have quite a large gap beween my breasts, and am wondering if it will get any smaller. I also wanted to take advantage of this beautiful weather, and take a walk. Tomorrow I will be 6 days post op. I am wondering if it is too early to start to get moving again. I don't plan on speed walking, just walking at a slow to moderate pace. If anyone has any advice, that would be great..

So many good recommendations from friends and co workers. I had my PS picked out before I was 100% sure about getting a BA.
