I went to my post op. Everything looks great so far. I was taught some implant displacement massage techniques. I gotta say, they don't feel great. I was given the go ahead to take a shower, that was wonderful. Today was my first day "alone". I did however have my four year old daughter to help take care of me. I think everything has gone great so far, and I really couldn't be happier. I do have a couple questions though. I have quite a large gap beween my breasts, and am wondering if it will get any smaller. I also wanted to take advantage of this beautiful weather, and take a walk. Tomorrow I will be 6 days post op. I am wondering if it is too early to start to get moving again. I don't plan on speed walking, just walking at a slow to moderate pace. If anyone has any advice, that would be great..

I've decided to swap a dose of norco for two tyelonol instead. I'm not sure that was a good idea yet. My right breast feels like it is on fire from the inside out. I have been keeping up on my exersizes, and have been feeling ok till now. Has anyone else had a set back on day 3? I have decided to go back to my original med schedule for now. I just felt like I was taking too much, but ohh this pain kinda sucks. Oh and I feel like my breasts are monstrously huge. They look great, minimal brusing, good shape, just HUGE!! I know its temporary, but WOW!

I just peaked at the girls. They look humongous. I know the Dr. said they were at least 15% bigger than they would be when all was said and done. At first I thought he said 50%. I kinda freaked. Didn't sleep to well. I slept in 3 and a half hour increments. I don't think it was the pain though ( that was surprisingly tolerable). I just miss my big comfy bed. I took those compression socks off, because I've been moving around quite a bit. Maybe I'll sleep better now.

So many good recommendations from friends and co workers. I had my PS picked out before I was 100% sure about getting a BA.
