Have always wanted implants, After 2 kids I went from barely a Bcup to barely an Acup. Finally decided to do it..Surgery is less than a week away!! I'm hoping for around 400-450cc. My PS will have 385cc, 415cc, 450cc and 485cc... he will choose which looks best! Very nervous about not 100% knowing what size, but I trust my PS and know he will choose the best fit for me.

Today was the day! I was so sick yesterday..couldn't eat anything but toast and crackers and felt like I was going to throw up all day. (I guess I was a lot more nervous than I thought)
Got to hospital at 6:00am and was prepped and in surgery at 7:30. Everyone was very nice and I felt very calm. My PS tried the 415 and thought they were too small and the 485 looked too big so he went with the 450cc. Which is the size was hoping for so I'm happy about that!
I woke up in recovery room around 9:15 ish and felt ok just felt pressure and was very tired. My chest didn't really hurt but my back was killing me! They gave me some pain meds which helped for a little while. I am sensitive to certain pain meds so the med that was prescribed doesn't really help at all! We left around 10:30 and I have been resting in bed since I got home... i have been using ice packs and I'm feeling very sore and nauseous. So far my chest only hurts bad when I take a deep breath but my back pain is the worst.
I got to peek when I got home...my right looks slightly larger (which it was slightly bigger to start) but i am hoping maybe once swelling goes down it will be less noticeable

Hi. Hope you are feeling better. I recently had BA surgery. I was a 34B before. My PS put in 450 saline under the muscle. I'm afraid that is too big. What size were you before surgery and did you go under the muscle? My back also hurts

Thank you, I am feeling better. I was an A cup before surgery ... j was wearing a 34b bra but it was definitely too big on me. I went under the muscle... my PS said I would lose about 10% going under muscle so I went with the 450. In surgery he said he tried the 415 and it was too small for my frame and tried the 485 and it was too large... the 450 was was a good fit for my body. I am 5'7" 135lb. It's hard to tell at the moment because I know they will change a lot but I think I'm going to like the size

Pain is a lot better today...especially the back pain! When I sit completely upright or walk around my chest feels very tight and is kind of painful, but nothing too bad. My incisions kind of hurt... more like a burning or stinging pain more than anything. I got to shower today and change into s regular sports bra.
I do think my left breast is obviously smaller than my right. Pre op my ps said my right was 1/2cm bigger than the left... but it wasn't enough to do different size implants. I'm really hoping they will even out once the implants settle. That was my worst fear having the size difference be really noticeable
