26 Yrs Old, 5'7" 135lb, Started with A Cup--450cc silicone unders

I have been wearing the silicone scar sheets occasionally... going to try and wear them more often... I would like my scars to fade a lot more

Breasts are a lot softer and feel more real... they have dropped quite a bit... almost too much.. my nipples seem to be too high. When I wear bra I am constantly adjusting it so my nipples don't pop out the top. Other than that I am happy with the size. My doctor said in 3 months if they drop any lower he can do some procedure to raise the implant a little. Not sure exactly what that procedure would be but he said he could go it in his office..
